Great “Beach Front” stay

While not directly on the beach, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Not only was it a great view but the condo was cozy and clean. Overall a great stay.

LOVED IT!

Went on a cruise and wanted to drive down early and found this place and ABSOLUTELY enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the stay was peaceful. Will definitely be renting from here again.

Our little family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the Seabird Suite! Such a convenience to be SO close to the beach, McDonalds, Kroger, and Walmart. The condo was small but it was perfect for us and had all the necessities. We would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, but there were several disappointments: As the listing says, it is under 500 ft.² which is just slightly bigger than an RV, and the main view off the balcony is a Golden Corral. BUT, there were things that were different from the listing… There was a gaping hole where there used to be a dishwasher. And the microwave that used to be above the stove now takes up all the counter space next to the sink. To plug-in appliances, you have to reach over the stove, or do them in an extension cord on the floor. The dish soap was useless, so it was hard to get the dishes clean, which explains why there was gunk on them when we arrived. It looks like any updates that have been made on the apartment from the pictures have been “bottom dollar“—new curtains are ugly and wrinkled, a hole in the bathroom wall was stuffed with a plastic plant, dishwasher has not been replaced, stove is rough , deck chairs are old and dirty, decor is misc., etc. and it all needed a deep cleaning. Worst of all, the AC filters were nasty and needed changed — which meant the humidity in the unit was over 93% and there was a strong weed smell coming into the unit from somewhere else in the building. If you don’t care too much about aesthetics, aren’t too picky about cleanliness, and are just going to hang out at the beach and restaurants, it will be a nice stay for you. Even though they didn’t have solutions for us, we appreciated how courteous the Customer Service people were.

It was very good! Had a great view, was not loud at night except for the people above us there was quite a bit of stomping and noise in the evening. The place was great and was just perfect for what we needed.

Beach Soccer Trip

The condo was super cute. The kids (9 & 11) enjoyed the bunk beds. It was a quick walk to the beach. The grocery store is very close. The only down side is the additional cost to park.

The view from the balcony was great for fireworks. Nice place but needed some basics like soap, garbage bags, and soft toilet paper. Comfortable beds and bedding. Overall, it was fine, although it is much smaller than it looks in pictures.

Great Location

We had a good time! The condo itself was great! We LOVED the pool! Perfect distance to walk to the beach. The unit was just a tad dirty. The couch had stains, the air intakes and vents were very dusty, and the bunk beds had dirt under the mattress. Other than that, it was a quaint and cute little place to stay! Thank you!
