Enjoy the ultimate in harbourside living from this studio apartment in Neutral Bay. Nestled on a quiet and peaceful street, it's footsteps to Neutral Bay Wharf and postcard-perfect Hayes Street Beach. Light-filled throughout, this studio apartment offers all the modern comforts of home. Features include a premium 1 queen-sized bed, 1 single bed fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. It's beautifully styled with a 58" Smart TV, workspace and ample storage.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
During your stay, you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
Enjoy an intimate stay with uninterrupted views over Sydney Harbour, just 50 metres from Neutral Bay Wharf. The ideal launchpad for couples wishing to visit and travel around Sydney, youâll be ideally located right by the waterâs edge near Anderson Park and a stoneâs throw from Kirribilli and Neutral Bay shopping villages.
Unwind in a light-filled studio with ample space to make yourself feel right at home, as well as a full kitchen, queen bed, private bathroom and laundry.
The space
Sun-drenched corners, light-washed timber furniture and stylish modern decor fill this studio apartment for two that sits against a backdrop of stunning Sydney harbour. views
The comfortable living space has a day bed/single bed and a Samsung TV, and sits near a two-person dining table and an open-plan corner kitchen. Fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to cook up a storm, make use of an electric cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine â all with a side of sparkling water views.
Come evening, unwind in a plush queen bed that is framed by bedside tables and a single bed and ample cupboard space; while a pristine bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and complimentary toiletries.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a communal laundry, free parking for one car as well as minimal free street parking.

*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Check-out: Before 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties nor events
*No pets allowed
ADDITIONAL RULES
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is THREE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to ONE person. No more than a maximum of FOUR people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking: There are a few parking spots located directly outside the apartment, please note these space as not guaranteed as its on a first come first serve basis.
*Additionally, there is free Street parking on weekend and overnight. Please note parking is limited to 2 hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*Please note the sofa under the TV has been changed to a single bed.
*The apartment is kid/infant friendly, however, we do not provide a Portacot or high chair. You are welcome to bring your own!
*Please note that access to the apartment involves stairs. Guests will need to go up 22 steps from the street to reach the unit.
* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!
* Please Note: Neutral Bay Wharf will be temporarily closed from Friday, 14 November to Friday, 19 December for essential maintenance, including the replacement of the existing gangway. If youâre planning to travel by ferry, please keep this in mind and make alternative transport arrangements.
