Our stay here was great.Yvonne communicated well and shared great tips about the Sydney area. We enjoyed staying in Elizabeth Bay and the studio has a lovely view. The neighbors are friendly which is a plus. Itâs a short walk away from the park. Weâd stay here again. Note: no air conditioning but windows open up for a nice breeze.
I was born in London and have hosted guests for many years. I am an interior designer and get a thrill when my guests love my home. I choose properties "with a difference" For The Studio in Sydney it is location and the stunning harbour view. I love to travel, garden, play with our spoodle and listen to music. Good food and wine features high on my list of priorities. Art is very important to us and we frequent galleries and theatre. Our locality has an abundance of both galleries and theatres. I feel quite confident in guaranteeing that you will adore staying in Elizabeth Bay which is close to parks and the waterfront - restaurants and cafes.
It is close to the water, has numerous surrounding parks, cafes and restaurants. Steps beside our building take you into Beare Park and onto the Elizabeth Bay Marina. People are super friendly. You will always find somebody ready to have a chat in the nearby cafes. Elizabeth Bay offers a wide variety of restaurants - all nationalities and price ranges. The shops are only a short walk away and there is the no 311 bus that takes you into the CBD or down to the Rocks or Central Station.
The view across the pool towards the harbour and across the water to the Bridge. New Year's Eve offers an amazing opportunity to see the fireworks from a vantage point on our rooftop. If you like walking we are an easy walk to the wharves at Woolloomooloo and the Art Gallery of NSW. I often walk in to the CBD rather than catch the local bus. Having a pool and rooftop is very special in summer. Even in winter I love to sit at the table and watch the spectacle of the winter sun dancing across my view or clouds rolling in which can be an exciting spectacle. We have a lot of birdlife in Elizabeth Bay. Amongst them you will see Sulphur Crested Cockatoos and Lorikeets.
