With easy indoor/outdoor flow onto the spacious deck with a newly installed louvre roof, this is a great base for a Bay of Plenty getaway in summer or winter time. A rumpus room downstairs ensures everyone has their space, and provides additional sleeping when required.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs at this Papamoa accommodation. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed plus a king single bed, and bedroom 3 includes a queen bed. Downstairs, the rumpus room includes a double sofa bed. This is a great option for 8 guests to enjoy a beach break...

When you are not unwinding on the deck, there are 2 well maintained beach walkways right across the road, providing access to 17 km's of the most beautiful coastline in New Zealand. Plus, day trips to The Mount are an easy 20 minute drive away!
