Top floor features the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, a living room, newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub with bifold shutter doors that can open to give you a view to the beach (if privacy permits open doors).
The master bedroom and living room opens to a large wrap around balcony with magnificent views throughout the day.
Lower living room with fireplace and tv leads to a larger open plan living and dining area, seating 8 to 10. Stylish furniture throughout.
Brand new kitchen with quality appliances has just been installed for your cooking pleasure!
Large deck with BBQ and outside dining area for meals, drinks and nibbles, alfresco, leads you straight to the beach within seconds. Rustic firepit for enjoying the warmth of an evening fire or toasting marshmallows with the kids.
Also downstairs is the remaining 3 bedrooms (one with a beautiful 3 person wooden ship bunk the kids will love), a bathroom with walk in shower and a bath, separate toilet and a laundry room, with new washer and dryer recently installed. A small room off the tv room has another single bed. The house sleeps 12 if you count the kids trundle under the bunk bed. Bunk is not really suitable for adults so max 8 adults in a booking.
On the side of the house you’ll find a hot shower to duck under after a swim in the ocean, clothes line and a small garden.
The section is shared with the unit behind (also an Airbnb) whose access to the beach is down the side of your house.
