Great visit

Loved how responsive the property contact was, how close the beach was, and that the kitchen was really well-stocked! The view from the balcony was relaxing and gorgeous.

This property is so beautiful! It’s close to the beach and very close to all the restaurants. Bryan, the owner was so accommodating, and I’m so grateful for even he did for me!! 10/10, will be coming back in the future!

My family and I loved staying there it was spacious the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. had plenty of towels in the bathrooms too, and the back porch with the view of the water was gorgeous I sat there every morning to drink my coffee!! We plan to book it for next year!!

The unit has a lot to offer however it is in need of new bedding and pillows. The unit was not completely ready when we arrived after 4:00. No top sheet on one bed (it was still in the washer. ) The balcony had a great view and nice eating bar. Well stocked kitchen. The walk to the beach was great. Loved the pool time. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Home Away From Home!

This gem is packed full of some of the best views, comfy linens, the perfect location for fun and the pool! If you want to go out for the night, all of the best spots are minutes away. The beach walkway gives you instant access to the beach and it's lit for those evening adventures. We loved the outside bar which is covered, so even if it rains you can still enjoy outside and views for days. We plan to stay here again and again!

The condo is literally on the beach with an upstairs ocean view and a short path to the ocean. House has full amenities, including cookware, plates, and glasses. All you need to bring are your personal items and food. The condo is very clean with plenty of room for a family. Shopping, restaurants, and activities are within walking distance or a short car ride. I highly recommend.

We specifically booked a place with a pool and we planned our day with a pool party/barbecue. The pool was closed for maintenance. Our children were very upset.

Hi Laura, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We reached out to the property manager to find out what happened. They stated that the pool was only closed for 5 1/2 hours on the afternoon of August 11th for in-depth cleaning, but that it was open during the rest of your stay - We are sorry that the pool wasn't available for your pool party/barbeque and your children, but keeping our guests safe is the utmost of importance to us We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Great Condo

We loved the condo. It has everything we needed for our vacation. Clean and just as it states. Could have used more toilet paper and paper towels for us. We have littles and they make messes and we cook quite often. However, I didnt ask for any extra. Weather kind of put a damper on a few things but at least we were confortable inside the condo. Highly recommend!!

The condo is about .4 miles from the beach but within walking distance on a smooth path for those with no walking impairments. You can actually walk to the beach faster than taking a vehicle and finding parking. The view out of the back bedroom is quite nice and you can see the beach and the water. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator access so the ability to navigate steps is a must. The room was nicely decorated and supplied and there were absolutely no issues. Parking wasn’t much of an issue but I could see there being some issues during high occupancy such as spring break, etc. Overall we were very pleased with everything and would stay there again.

Partial ocean view

The unit was located upstairs, which was fine for myself and our party, but it would be difficult for anyone with disabilities as there is no elevator. The amenities in the unit were great and the beds, although far from perfect, were good, and the unit was well stocked. There was ocean view from the back balcony, but that was the only place where you could see the ocean and the unit was located well off of the beach so that if you have a golf cart or an ATV, you have to travel by streets to get to the ocean so your golf cart or ATV has to be street legal with some type of a license plate. Overall the stay was quite good, and the management communicated well, and went above and beyond by returning a pillow that we left there at no cost to us. I would highly recommend this stay.

Great experience!

I’ve owned a unit at Sea Isle and stayed at the complex next door and down the street. Sea Isle is the best! You are guaranteed to have great ac, big pool, respectful people. The unit was the perfect size, the king bed was more comfortable than the one at home. Finally a rental w blackout curtains! Not sure why owners think everyone wants to be up at 6:15 on vacation?! The unit had 2 small fans which is a must for some background noise. Master has a ceiling fan. Great views!!!!! Great porch!!!! The kitchen was fully stocked and needed nothing. The property management gives plenty of towels and adult size towels!!! Hate cheap tiny bath towels. We requested property management to come change out the sheets in the bunk and someone was out in 30 min. The unit was cleaner than another property management company in the island. Only issue was the sheets which was an easy fix. The unit had beach toys which is rare in PA. The unit also had lots of board games which is also rare. This unit had 2 comfortable couches, tv’s that were easy to operate. You won’t be disappointed w property management or the unit! Book it!

A gem in Port Aransas!

We had a thoroughly wonderful stay in Sea King Sol. The condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated, and it was a short walk (5 minutes max!) to the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and from that vantage point, we enjoyed sunrises, sunsets, and views of fireflies in the night. We can't wait to return!
