Magnifique condo dans le prestigieux Beachhead! Piscine chaufee!

Ce condo a un salon ouvert et un coin repas. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxième chambre deux lits jumeaux gigognes. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes une dans chaque chambre. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette unité et fumer est autorisé à l'extérieur seulement. Il y a une grande terrasse qui donne sur la plage. Profitez des grandes brises de ce pont. Oh, ai-je mentionné que les levers de soleil sont incroyables! Nichés dans les dunes dorées de l'île Mustang, les condos Beachhead ont tous une vue sur le golfe. Les équipements complexes comprennent une piscine, un salon pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 60 personnes avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, idéal pour les fêtes, les mariages, les réunions de famille, une aire de jeux et une promenade privée vers la plage à quelques pas de l'une des unités. Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time. The property and condo were great. We enjoyed the pool and game room in the evenings. Beach board walk was perfect. The primary bedroom was hot at night even with AC set at 72, but living room and other room stayed cool. Bring extra trash bags.

Great location and very comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is very clean, plenty of linens, towels, cooking utensils, etc., as advertised and would stay again. Very comfortable. A couple of suggestions . It would be nice to include in the listing what floor the unit is on. I suppose being on the beach you should expect it to be multilevel. The check-in process should be better explained. When we arrived at 4 PM ,the unit has still not been inspected, we had not received instructions and did not know how to get in until calling the rental company. Having known an expectation or check in process would have prevented our call or confusion. The other suggestion would be to include a small safe in closet. Overall great unit and would book it again.

Advertised good but

Bathtubs in both bathrooms had wads of long black hair in them. Dishes in cabinet were dirty. Otherwise everything was very nice. Not super kid friendly but not bad.

This is a great place to stay for the family ( even if a hurricane cuts your trip short it is still worth it ! Any chance anyone reads this and has found my daughter’s glass in the bunk bed I’d love to hear from you. Plan on staying again , great place

Wonderful Getaway!

We went with our family of four for a few days and had a great time! The boardwalk takes you right to the beach, and the pool is nice and clean when you need a break from the sand. This unit was very clean upon arrival and decorated really cute. They have books, games and plenty of kitchen items to make for a great stay!

Absolutely wonderful ocean view from the balcony and nicely updated interior. The owners thought of the little extras, games, toys, tv to watch. We had a hard time leaving!

Excellent spot to relax

This is our third stay at Beachhead and we have enjoyed every stay, we even had our wedding reception there 18 years ago. This visit we stayed in close proximity to the pool and it was just perfect. We love the view of the gulf you get while relaxing by the pool, the boardwalk to the beach is nice, the games in the game room are fun when wanting to stay out of the heat, covered parking keeps the car cool, kitchens in rooms provide able space for cooking, and so many of our favorite shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Port Aransas

Great Last Minute Stay

It was very easy to book and the communication was excellent. Personal note on the specific room, balcony door does not lock and a piece of metal is on the wall that cut my husbands arm. Also there was a wifi router but no instructions to connect to the internet. Overall though the place was very clean and stocked nicely. Everyone had great nights sleep and plenty of room. Would stay again.

Glad it was a short stay

The pictures were deceiving. We overpaid for this place for sure. It was clean, but had a strong musty, mothball smell. It was two flights of stairs up which wasn’t fun to lug things up after a long day. The back door didn’t lock. There were pigeons on this nasty board on the patio. Overall, it was fine, but we would have requested a refund had it been more than two nights.

Beautiful remote location

Overall, we were very pleased. We will stay again for sure. Great pool and park. Beautiful beach. Gorgeous view on the boardwalk. We loved the location!!!!! There were a few things that disturbed us. Minor in comparison. 1. A ton of bird droppings on patio. Not appropriate for children 1,4, and 6. 2. Bathroom ceiling paint fell from the ceiling during my husbands shower. We know no one could prevent it from happening but still unsettling. 3 Aracde room charges money to play. So bring coins. Which we were not prepared for so that was sad to explain to the kid's.

Nice location and clean condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The space was adequate and the table was large enough for all 6 of us to sit around. We loved that we were able to walk to the beach just down the boardwalk. The place was clean, but the sofas' finish was disintegrating. The 'fully stocked' kitchen was a little light on cooking utensils and cookware. Though the freezer kept the ice we bought frozen, it took the freezer took 3 days to freeze our drinks we put in when we arrived. The fridge kept everything cold and was nice and large. The beds weren't really that comfortable, and though the bed in the master bedroom was lovely, it had an attack foot board that we all have bruises on our shins from accidentally hitting it on the way to the bathroom. Also walking up two flights of stairs was difficult esp. when loading and loading the cars. But we were happy with our stay.

Great Unit- terrible HOA management

This rental was absolutely perfect for my family. We fit just right, my only suggestion would be curtains on the master to help with cooling in this Texas heat. However; the HOA management on the property is another story. Adrian kicked myself and my 4 young daughters out of the pool area because I wanted to ask him a pool rule question. Then at midnight the same night Adrian proceeded to try to come in my room to see how many people I had with me. I closed the door behind me-again just myself (a mom) and her 4 young daughters. I dealt with his question outside. . I have never been treated this way at any VRBO location or in life. I watched him treat another family the same way at the pool the next night. At 10:30pm a 3 & 5 year old we’re playing air hockey too loud. That family was kicked out. With this sort of management I would suggest no one stay there. I give great stars to this unit but this facility needs to regain people skills.
