CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be advised that the Seahorse Complex will be undergoing construction from December 11th-January 15th, weather permitting. The scheduled work includes:
Chiseling and grinding of the concrete on the Gulf-facing side of the building
Painting and caulking on the east (rear) wall of the complex
Pressure washing of the concrete surfaces, which will occur prior to other construction activities
Work will take place on weekdays only; no construction will be conducted on weekends.

Seahorse is a low-density beach front complex in Pensacola Beach comprised of only 18 individual units. The townhomes are on the first and second floors while nine one bedrooms are built on the third floor. There is an elevator that goes to all entrance levels. You will love being beach front and directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s seafood restaurant. Discover why guests return to Seahorse year after year!

Area Attractions:

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.
