Everything was great! Beautiful and clean. My only complaint, bathroom/shower area very small. We will definitely be back to Pensacola Beach. Best beach on the mainland.

very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable as well. They do not have salt, pepper and cooking oil which is a pretty std amenity. Could have used some containers for leftovers as well. The only real problem we had was with the bedside lamp and wifi, which are both plugged into a cheap extension chord which the plug to the wifi just falls out of. The lamp only turns on when the table is bumped which i believe could be ext chord issue since it is plugged into that as well. Unit was perfect for our stay otherwise. Would stay there again. Management company is very professional.

We had a great stay at this beach condo! It was clean, had a beautiful view, and was in a great location. Facility access was easy and convenient. My son loved both the beach and the pool—there were plenty of umbrellas providing shade while I watched him swim. Would absolutely stay here again!

As beautiful as it looks.

Beautiful property, absolutely clean through and through. The only disappointment was that our fridge did not work properly, so we had to live with a replacement (a mini-fridge) for a couple weeks, which made it hard to stock up and required more trips to the store.Ultimately, the fridge was replaced, so all should be in excellent working order for future guests. Southern Vacation Rentals was mostly easy to work with on this issue. Very happy they did their best to accommodate us through this issue.Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great Place and As Described

This was a great place to get away for a long weekend. My husband and I really enjoyed the condo and the location. Nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Know that this is run by an agency, not an individual owner. Everything was disclosed and there were no surprises so read all the details given. My expectations were more on the VRBO with actual owner experiences I have had in the past.

Everything exceeded expectations! The condo was nicer than any hotel. The view was unbelievable. The entire property is well maintained. Communication from the management was very timely and clear. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. Thank u!!!

We Had a Great Time

We could not be happier with the time we spent here.. Right on the beach with a nice view. It was clean and quiet. The pool was well maintained as well. We didn't want to leave and would happily stay again in the future.

Nice Place with Some Extra Features

Nice, clean, well maintained condo. Oversized balcony with good view and comfortable chairs. Walk-in closet allows you to put things away. Easy access to pool, beach, and parking lot. Tennis or pickleball too, if you feel the need to sweat. Resturants are a 3-4 minute drive.

Beautiful views and quiet building!

Condo was small and quaint, perfect for my husband and I. Views were better than the pictures! Everyone we met in the building was very nice, and it was a very relaxed area.

Great getaway location

We enjoyed the property and amenities. Quiet place, no issues getting in or out. Would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Pensacola Beach in the future.

Very Unhappy

There was no access to the balcony, which had trash all over it. It took over 24 hours to get trashed picked up. While there may have been a notice that the property was under construction on the property management's website, there was no mention of it when you just search for available condo's in Pensacola, which is how we searched the property. Frankly, this property should not be rented to anyone at this time. It looks horrible and there are scaffolds all over the place. When you haven't had a vacation in 7 years, this is not what you want or expect to encounter. The red flag should have been raised much sooner in the process rather than at check in.

If I could give the management company 0 Or negative stars I would

Management company “southern vacation rentals” did not have any notes in the original booking stating that there was construction happening to the resort. When we called to ask them about the construction and getting relocated, they told us that is was on their website. We did not book through their website as we booked through VRBO. They then went and added the construction information and told us that they had put it on VRBO months ago and refused to give us our money back. We had 0 access to the balcony and had concrete saws blaring all day while trying to get a 2 year old to nap. Ended up having to pay for ANOTHER property to get away from the construction. Worst start to a vacation ever. Would advise all people booking to watch out for this management company as they only care about getting your money and keeping it.
