Townhouse in Old Fishtown! 10 mins to Center City and World Cup Stadiums

I’m very sorry to hear that your stay at our house was not up to our usual 5 star rating! I have obviously spoken to my cleaners and sent them your review, they are extremely thorough and send me photos after every clean of every room. As you asked me to extend the booking with your friend Jill booking the house separately from Oct 1-4 so you could continue staying together from your original booking date of 4-6 Oct, the house was not cleaned again from Jill’s arrival, so she obviously had access to the main bathroom and all areas of the house! Whilst I can’t be sure that the cobweb you mention was older than a few days old, cobwebs are built within hours often, particular with high ceilings. When Jill checked in, she messaged me to say “ Beautiful Place”. Unfortunately due to Jill being at the house my cleaners didn’t put the trash out on the street as usual and this is an oversight that will be remedied. With regard to the bedding, the beds have fitted sheets so not sure what you refer to apart from the loose flat sheet between the bed and the comforter. The comforters are large deliberately, as we and many of our guests hate the struggle of sharing a small comforter with their bedmate! Also with regard to your comment about the pillows, I’m afraid I cannot accept that as I personally purchased new pillows and put them in the bedrooms at the beginning of August! Best, Amanda
