Welcome to Pinecone Lodge!
This exceptionally built four-bedroom home possesses an elegant style coupled with superior finish.
Lofty ceilings, timber hardwood floors and tech conveniences are just some of the features you will find in this stunning home.
Upon entering through the main entrance, you are greeted with a Master suite with built-in gas fireplace, wall mounted television, large walk-in robe and a spacious ensuite.
As you enter the home you will find the sunken second living/media room. A powder room services this area.
Through to the main living area of the home, there is a large open-plan living space with gas fireplace, mounted television, remote control blinds, 4m high ceilings and frameless sliding doors to the entertaining area.
The open plan kitchen is an entertainers dream, incorporating an induction cooktop, two separate wall mounted ovens, dishwasher & butlerâs pantry.
At the rear of the home there are three bedrooms. The second and third bedroom share a large main bathroom with a separate powder room adjacent to the bathroom. This bathroom offers a bath and separate shower. The fourth bedroom (second master) has a walk-in robe and ensuite.
The covered outside entertaining area offers an outdoor kitchen with plumbed BBQ. This area leads out to the enclosed yard and firepit area.
