Sleeping arrangements stretch comfortably across three levels. The ground floor features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including an ensuite with wheelchair accessibility and a roll-in shower. Upstairs, additional bedrooms and a bonus sleeping space pair with two more bathrooms and an open living area with hardwood floors. The Light Keepers Suite, accessed by an outdoor spiral staircase, forms a private 22' x 20' hideaway with a bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette, surrounded by panoramic windows.

Two full kitchens - one on each main level - provide the flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace. A bar area and beverage center on the upper floor connect easily to a sunroom and two outdoor decks, giving you space to unwind in the coastal air throughout the day. A patio and private entrance add convenience, while multiple indoor living areas with TVs create comfortable gathering spots after spending time by the water. Laundry rooms on both primary levels support longer stays.

Outdoor living centers around the decks and the easy access to the beach just across the street. Beach essentials are provided, and a barbecue grill and utensils let you cook outside when the weather feels right. Free parking is available on the property, and the neighborhood places you close to the Vilano Beach Bridge, historic downtown St. Augustine, and the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, where hiking, eco tours, and waterways offer year-round ways to explore.

With amenities including air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and safety features such as smoke alarms and a first aid kit, the home is designed for ease and comfort.
