A bright sunroom leads to two expansive decks - perfect for entertaining - while a unique exterior sprial staircase provides access to the Light Keepers Suite. This exceptional 22'x20' suite offers a queen bed, a full bath, a kitchenette with a beverage center, microwave, coffee maker, plus 360-degree windows that frame stunning views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

Beach access: Lightkeepers offers deeded beach access directly across the street, though it may not be wheelchair accessible. For wheelchair-friendly access, South Ponte Vedra Park, just 1 mile north, provides a designated wheelchair-accessible beach entrance.

With a two-car garage and additional surface parking for up to four (4) cars, parking is a breeze.

Conveniently located just 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and St. Augustine, the property is close to historic attractions, shopping, groceries, restaurants and family-friendly activities. Also, it's only 3 miles south of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, which offers multiple parks for hiking, picnicking, paddleboarding, and kayak rentals, and a variety of other outdoor activities.
