Two Homes, One Coastal Retreat

This unique oceanfront property includes two fully equipped homes, Salt Therapy North & Salt Therapy South, rented together to create one spacious retreat for up to 12 guests. Perfect for families or groups traveling together, the dual-home setup offers added privacy while still sharing outdoor spaces and incredible views.

Sleeping Arrangements
Together, the two homes feature 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms plus 2 half bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each home, providing space and comfort for everyone. Essentials such as bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, soap, toilet paper, and hangers are provided, along with ample clothing storage.

Outdoor living
The saltwater pool is available year-round, offering a refreshing spot after a day at the beach. A covered patio provides shade while you relax, and a BBQ grill makes it easy to gather for dinner as the sky changes color. Beach access is close by, and beach essentials are provided for carefree days by the water.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, where the backdrop is the ocean itself.

Comfort & convenience
Inside, a 50 inch HDTV with Roku is available for streaming using your own login credentials, while high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating help maintain a comfortable environment year-round. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and safety features include a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Elevator access to all three levels meets accessibility standards, and self check-in with a keypad ensures easy arrivals.

Parking & access
Three driveway parking spaces are available on site, with mention of garage and boat parking that should be confirmed in advance. The property also includes a private entrance for guest use.

Pet-friendly
Pets are welcome here, and assistance animals are always allowed, making it easier to bring your companions along.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated. No Hot Tub.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
