Sleeping arrangements
Two connected homes, Salt Therapy North and South, together accommodate up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and six beds. Each home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort for families or groups traveling together. Fresh linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer in each home for convenience.

Outdoor living
Spend your afternoons by the private saltwater pool, available year-round for a refreshing swim after the beach. The pool is unheated, surrounded by palms, and offers the perfect setting to relax in the fresh ocean air. Gather for outdoor dining on the covered patio, where ocean views and gentle breezes create a serene backdrop for shared meals and conversation. There is no hot tub.

Kitchen & dining
Each home includes a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided so you can easily prepare and enjoy your favorite coastal meals together. A dining table in each home brings everyone together after a day at the beach.

Comfort & convenience
Unwind in air-conditioned comfort while watching your favorite shows on the 50-inch HDTV. Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and ceiling fans provide an added touch of coolness on warm coastal evenings. An elevator connects all three levels, making each floor accessible. Self check-in by keypad allows for a smooth arrival.

Parking & pets
Free driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles. The property is dog-friendly, welcoming dogs with pre-approval and applicable fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.

Safety & accessibility
For peace of mind, the home is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The elevator is at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide, ensuring comfortable access.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
