Sleeping arrangements
This oceanfront home sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The third-floor primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony with Atlantic views. Two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath, while the lower level offers another king bedroom and a spacious bunk room featuring two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles, a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games for easygoing nights together.

Living spaces
Gather in the main living area that opens to a sweeping 60-foot balcony overlooking the water. Inside, cozy seating surrounds a streaming HDTV, and a quiet nook provides a dedicated workspace for reading or remote work. Natural light and sea-inspired tones make the home inviting year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes granite countertops and essential appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Two dining tables each seat eight, and the breakfast bar welcomes four more. Step outside to use the grill and barbecue utensils for casual seaside meals.

Outdoor living
From the beachfront deck, walk straight onto the sand for peaceful shoreline strolls or sunset views. Multiple balconies offer ideal spots for reading or relaxing. The lower-level bathroom opens directly to the deck, providing easy access after beach time.

Amenities & access
Enjoy WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer for convenience. Essentials like towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with hangers, an iron, and safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is available via keypad, and free driveway parking accommodates three vehicles.
