The main living area boasts an incredible 60’ balcony, which serves as the perfect gathering spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy watching pelicans soar by, beachgoers collecting shells, and playful dolphins dancing in the surf. The balcony seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a truly immersive beach experience.

The large, fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious family meals. With a walk-in pantry that can easily accommodate all your provisions, ample counter space, and top-of-the-line appliances, there’s plenty of room for everyone to pitch in. Gather around one of the two dining tables (seating 8 each) or take advantage of the breakfast bar seating for 4. No matter where you sit, mealtime is an event!

Comfortable & Spacious Bedrooms
• 3rd Floor: The top level of the home features three beautiful oceanfront bedrooms. Each room has direct access to the 3rd-floor balcony, so you can start your day with a stunning sunrise. The king bedroom has an ensuite bath and two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath. Each bedroom offers a restful escape, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

• 2nd Floor: The main living area on this floor is designed for both relaxation and fun, with a spacious living room, dining area, game zone, and a bonus room with a desk for catching up on work or just enjoying some quiet time.

• Ground Floor: This level is ideal for the kids! The bunkroom, with two sets of full-size beds (bottom) and twin beds (top) plus each with a trundle, is a hit with younger guests. Complete with a large sectional sofa for six and a 60+ inch TV for gaming or movie nights, it’s the perfect retreat for downtime. The king bedroom on this floor also offers a cozy escape with easy access to the deck and beach.

Whether you're lounging in the spacious living area, playing games, or simply soaking in the views, Sea Haven offers something for everyone. The newly constructed deck is a highlight, complete with comfortable seating for relaxing after a day in the sun. Direct access to the beach allows you to go from house to shore in seconds, where you can spend your days lounging, playing, or collecting seashells.
