Two people can sleep in the bedroom separately or connect the two beds and have a good bed size as well as two people on the sofa bed in the living room.
A large balcony with amazing ocean view is accessible from the living room / kitchen and bedroom.

Facilities: Reliable internet, cable TV, AC in both rooms, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave- grill, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine. Everything is brand new as the apartment is completely renovated in May 2022.

The apartment is located in a quiet green area of Portimao, 6 minutes walking distance from the famous beach Praia do Vau and also within walking distance from Praia da Roche and marina where there are numerous restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
You could choose other beaches that are nearby - Praia do Alemao, Praia dos Careanos, Praia do Amado, Praia dos Tres Castelos.
Just around the building there are several restaurants, a mini supermarket, an ATM and a bus stop.
If you like hiking and nature, there is a beautiful forest where you could enjoy walking on the cliffs all the way to Alvor. If you are a golf enthusiast, the golf courses are 5 min away.
