Everything was well thought out and we had everything we needed. The property manager was easily accessible and very kind throughout the entire stay. The home was incredibly beautiful. Do not judge the look on the outside! The inside is very large and everything was new! There were 6 of us (3 children) and there was plenty of room for all!

We really enjoyed outstay at this home with the beach vibes. This furniture, beds, mattresses, linens and cabinetry all new and not cheap versions. The screened in pool was a fun plus, even just to sit on the steps. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is a great place for family or friends.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -Guest safety is one of our top priorities. Based on your feedback, we have addressed the electrical outlet by the wall, we had our contractor out to inspect it right away, unfortunately, it will take time to repair. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve the problem in a day. We were happy to provide you with a small refund for you due to the electrical issue you reported not working and hope this helped to make up for the inconveniences experienced -The interior aesthetic is something we and other guests appreciate. We understand taste is subjective so not everyone will be pleased. We take pride in our property, Unfortunately, the style of the home didn't suit your preferences -We confirmed the Welcome binder was displayed in the home with the instructions for your use -We strive to make our house as comfortable and inviting as possible for our guests. It's highly important to us that our guests are given the essentials for their stay to have what they need to be comfortable. We provide a well-stocked home with enough paper goods, including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and essentials to accommodate the house for the current occupancy. We know this was important to you and would have been happy to further address any needs had it been brought to our attention -There is ample lighting outside the home, however, we checked the outdoor patio light and switched out the bulb, but unfortunately, we did not learn about the lighting issues until after your stay -All mentioned concerns including the electrical issue have been addressed so that future guests find this home safe and comfortable We go above and beyond for our guests and we are confident future guests will have excellent stays! We apologize again for any inconvenience and we wish you the best.

One week February 19th-February 26th everything went well

There were seven of us, five adults and two children, scrabble was the game of choice. My wife liked al the signage in the house. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms made it very comfortable, we had no issues whatsoever and would wholeheartedly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Apollo Beach or Ruskin area. Everything from Tampa to St Petersburg is an easy trip. The house was very clean.

The house was absolutely the cleanest…..only recommendation would be toilet paper holders in the bathrooms, bedside tables and lamps. All lights in all rooms were overhead only with fans. Being such a clean environment trumped all. Thank you.

Fun wedding anniversary celebration with Fam

Had a wonderfully time with children and grand children swimming, grilling fishing and playing games. We order out for dier delivery for dinner, went out for ice cream. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Spent all day Saturday grilling and swimming. The grands did some fishing in the canal. Perfect place to relax. Easy access to the beach in st pete, clearwater and sarasota. Tampa only 30 minutes away. Easy to get to disney and other popular florida atractions.

My stay wasn’t bad it started off a little rough with cleaning supplies still left out from the cleaning crew and lots of dead bugs on the window ledge and the floor and the bathroom tub wasn’t clean as well but once we cleaned it up and got settled in we had a great time over all… the pool can use some chlorine to it so ppl can feel comfortable knowing it’s clean and also a few hot spots is all 30+ minutes away but over all the house turned out nice and my guest that came with me enjoyed their self’s as well. Thank you for allow us to stay in your home.

The house itself is very nice. The neighborhood is run down but we had no problems and the neighbors were friendly. The property management company is not easy to deal with and they are rude. We had 10 people registered for 5 days. The property management left 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. When we ran low I contacted them to ask for more. They told me to buy more if it would make my stay more comfortable. The pool was not cleaned or treated the entire time we were there. By the end of our stay we were not able to swim in it as it was green. The outdoor area by the pool is awesome! They need to have a few more chairs but we did have a large group. There are only 5 chairs at the kitchen table so eating a meal together was difficult.

When we were informed it had run out, we quickly ordered more as a courtesy. It’s customary to supply enough toiletries for the start of the stay, but not for the entire duration.- The guests didn’t mention any concerns about the pool. Had we known, we would have addressed it immediately.Thank you for sharing your experience—it helps us continue to provide the 5-star stays we’re known for!

This house was amazing and very beautiful. Maria and Raul made sure to think of their guests and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Their welcome binder that they provided for us gave us so much information on what’s in the area and what attractions to go visit. They even have a little pool for the kids! Also, a free coffee bar for people to drink coffee every morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

This one is a winner!

I booked this house for three of my children and their spouses. The house is beautifully furnished exactly as shown, with plenty of eating and relaxing space. The pool was clean and the screened in area included chairs and/or loungers for everyone.
