**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
THIRD-FLOOR CORNER UNIT
All Beachcomber condos are maintained to perfection with quality furnishings, gourmet appliances, plus all the comforts of home and dazzling oceanfront views.
This luxurious third-floor corner unit offers sweeping views from the living areas, kitchen, primary suite, and guest suite #1. Large windows, wraparound views, and high ceilings throughout, make this villa open and filled with natural sunlight.
Tiled floors, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep it cool and comfortable. The oversized balconies on the third floor provide breathtaking views of Seven Mile Beach. This unit faces North and has unobstructed views of the pristine coastline.
The designer kitchen features granite countertops, high-end appliances, and nice extras like an ice maker, single-serve coffee maker, and bullet smoothie maker. Alexa is also available to stream your favorite music.
The living room and bedrooms are all equipped with HD cable televisions with Netflix.
Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost.

-- Additional Bedding - a rollaway bed is provided for additional guests at a surcharge of $100/night.
Beach and bath towels are provided throughout your stay. An in-unit laundry room adds convenience with a new full-size washer and dryer. Snorkel equipment, a beach cooler, and floaties can be found in a closet in the laundry room.
The Beachcomber is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops. For nights in, you will find many takeout or delivery options to choose from.
A rental car is not a necessity as you can get around easily via taxis. You might want to consider one since there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive. Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.
Proximity to water sports, the Beachcomber snorkel Reef, nightlife, and one of the best beaches in the Caribbean make The Beachcomber the perfect destination for island travelers.
