Magnifique! Condo de luxe au rez-de-chaussée récemment rénové Seven Mile Beach

Notre famille a eu l'occasion de vacances sur de nombreuses îles des Caraïbes au cours des 12 dernières années. Grand Cayman est de loin notre île préférée et la plus visitée! Rien ne se compare à Grand Cayman pour ses belles plages, ses eaux scintillantes et ses plongées spectaculaires. En plus de sa beauté naturelle; l'atmosphère totalement sûre et familiale de l'île en a fait notre lieu de vacances incontournable. Nous avons séjourné dans une variété de condos et centres de villégiature sur l'île et sommes heureux de pouvoir enfin appeler Crescent Point notre maison loin de chez nous. Ce condo récemment rénové a la meilleure combinaison de luxe, de fonction, de commodité et d'accessibilité économique sur Seven Mile Beach. Tout à Crescent Point # 6 est nouveau et le décor côtier chic crée une atmosphère de détente et de confort.
La chambre principale et la première chambre d'hôtes disposent de lits king-size. La troisième chambre a des lits jumeaux xl qui peuvent être convertis en un vrai roi sur demande. Toutes les chambres ont une grande télévision à écran plat et un grand espace de rangement. La cuisine possède de nouveaux appareils haut de gamme dotés de deux fours à convection et est entièrement approvisionné en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine neufs. L'île centrale expansive accueille tout le monde pour socialiser ainsi que pour manger. Le canapé en peluche dans le salon vous enveloppe de confort après une journée sur la plage, dans l'eau ou en plongée. Pour les plongeurs, il existe une très grande «douche de plongeur» qui rend le rinçage et le stockage des équipements de plongée et de plongée très pratique, tout en gardant les deux bains principaux à l'écart de tout équipement. Dans l'unité laveuse / sécheuse complète la commodité de votre séjour.
Notre vue sur le jardin, condo au premier étage est à quelques pas de l'océan. Vous trouverez de magnifiques jardins, une grande piscine de forme libre et un bain à remous le long du chemin. La plage est unique car elle offre une intimité et une grande plongée en apnée; tout en étant directement sur la plage de Seven Mile et à quelques pas de la location de sports nautiques et des excursions à Red Sail au Marriott.

Amazing getaway!

So many great things to say! Pauline (the property manager) is a gem, super helpful and courteous. The condo was beautifully furnished and plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Loved the patio with its beautiful views, spent time at the pool (plenty of chairs) and snorkeled and floated in the little cove just steps away. We sampled Peppers, coconut Joes and Lloyds restaurant, all within walking distance. Highly recommend and can’t wait for our next trip

Perfect vacation condo

The condo was perfect for our stay in Grand Cayman. It was spacious, fully stocked & in a great location for all things on 7 mile beach. We loved the comfortable couches and patio area. The property manager stayed super late one night to meet us for check in when our flight was delayed almost 7 hrs and was super responsive. The grounds of this condo building are impeccably kept with beautiful azaleas & landscaping and a crystal clear pool.

Secret gem!

What a special place! We are two 55 couples that vacation together every year. Your condo is beautifully appointed and had more than everything we needed. The property is so well maintained and peaceful even though it’s right on the beach. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Gorgeous condo!!

This is our third time in cayman! This condo is truly gorgeous, extremely clean and well maintained on the ground floor which was great for elderly. Great location and just a couple hundred feet to the cove beach area. Kids loved playing and exploring the rock area of the ocean. I suggest bringing water shoes with you to protect your feet. You can snorkel right off the beach, with lots of fish, some saw a sea turtle and a sting ray!! Owner was very responsive and property manager was there to greet us when we arrived!!! I would stay here again !!!

This was our second year staying at this property and it was just as great as first time. Our group of five were comfortable in this property with all its space and conveniences. A great property and a great location.

Property description was on point and communications with host were prompt and helpful. Very quiet location during our stay, pool and beach were not crowded and often our group was only one out. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful Condo, great stay

The condo was beautiful and spotless. Jessica and Pauline were both incredibly helpful with recommendations/info and very responsive. There was fantastic snorkeling right in front of the property and a great little beach area. Pool was awesome and location was close to all of the restaurants on 7 mile beach.

Home away from home in a beautiful location!

We loved our stay on Seven Mile Beach! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our kids especially enjoyed the sand and pool toys, as well as the board games one rainy afternoon. We cooked some meals and took advantage of the screened in porch daily. The pool was nice and not crowded at all. The location was great as well - easy to walk to many restaurants and shops! We loved the beach sunsets!

Beautiful Property at the best location

Our family stayed in this property for a week over the holidays and loved it. This condo is located on the first floor and is near the pool and not far from the beach. The setup was perfect for our family of 5. The property setup and our experience with the owner was flawless. We were able to have groceries delivered to this property before our visit by coordinating with the owner and the property manager. I would definatly recommend and am planning to come back next year.

Seven Mile Beach Heaven

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owner and property manager were a joy to work with, and the condo was exactly as described on the website. It’s in a perfect location to explore bars and restaurants to the north and south. We rented a car, but would suggest if staying for a week that you examine daily rental options if you want to make excursions. Andy’s car rental is just across the street.

Fantastic!!

Absolutely great property/resort and grounds; all were very clean and quiet. Property manager and owner were both very easy to communicate with and very responsive and informative. Beach and pool were fantastic, not busy, and well maintained. Guests/owners were all friendly. The place was spacious (loved the screened in porch for breakfast), clean, and well stocked. If you scuba dive there is a great dive shower. The island itself may be our favorite yet!! Cannot wait to return, thank you, Jessica and Pauline!!!

Amazing Crescent Point Stay w/ Family & Friend

We had a fabulous time in Grand Cayman with family & a friend! Jessica’s condo was on point; up to date deco, amenities beyond, location & daily housekeeping to top it off!! Pauline, the manager, was so kind & welcoming. Jessica answered every question we had in a timely fashion, which was much appreciated. Her recommendation of a private chef & the private chef’s recommendation of massage therapist made our stay @ Crescent Point a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the private beach area and the beautiful pool as well. We jet skied, paddle board, kayaked & snorkeled right off of the private beach area. We will be returning to stay @ Jessica’s condo; I highly recommend!!! Geri F.

Absolutely loved our stay!

We traveled to Grand Cayman for an extended weekend to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and we’re so glad we chose this place for our accommodations. The owners were an absolute delight to work with and their communication was on point. We met with Pauline (property manager) when we arrived and she let us in to this pristine condo and explained all the necessary details for us before we started our fun filled weekend. The owners were generous enough to purchase birthday balloons, decorations, and some bubbly for us to celebrate as well...the best surprise ever!! The space was perfect for our group to spread out to each have our own bedroom and a large kitchen space for us to grab breakfast in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The location worked out perfectly to visit all of the best spots on the island and parking was easy. Trust me and just book this spot for your next Grand Cayman getaway. We loved it and we’re confident you will too!!! One of our favorite things about the condo was the outdoor space...perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a delicious cocktail. We miss it already but we’ll be back soon.

Best Spring Break! Wonderful!!

We stayed at Jessica’s condo for spring break. Jessica was very helpful with all my questions before the trip. She offered us early check in since our flight got in early. Everything in the condo was wonderful. We had the best week. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The kids enjoyed all the board games and pool/sand toys. They also provided snorkel gear. Daily housekeeping was a nice bonus. The pool/hot tub was very close to the condo so you can go back and forth if needed. The beach was nice. Swimming was hard due to the rocky reef. But, you can swim and snorkel in a small cove next to the property. We went there a few times. My boys rented jet skis at the Marriott next door. The view from the beach was beautiful. Very private and quiet. There were a lot of nearby restaurants you could walk to. Peppers & Coconut Joe’s were our favorites. Everything was great. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to coming back to Jessica’s condo.

Multi-generation family vacation

We just returned home from our stay at Crescent Point #6. The condo was very comfortable for everyone. It is a garden view, first floor rear unit. We chose it because we had grandparents in their 80s who needed a walk out. The kitchen was well stocked and had all you need to prepare meals, the living room was a great chill space (note our parents in their 80's had a hard time getting out of the cozy couches). The outdoor patio was super comfy perfect to enjoy the lovely evening breeze. And having a washer and dryer was a big plus for the family. What we loved about the location was it was quiet and not overcrowded. We had easy access to great restaurants and shops all with in walking distance or short drive. We rented a car and parking was easy. Pauline and the rest of the staff very helpful and communicating with the owner was very easy and offered great suggestions. (Thanks for the Champagne!) The grounds were well kept, pristine, and we enjoyed the free-form pool and hot tub. There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables. A note about the beach and water access. While the beach is quiet, we didn't enjoy snorkeling or swimming from this part of the beach. The rock formations begin at the waters edge and extend out at least 20 feet. It was too dangerous to walk out from the beach. To the left, you could dip into a little cove in front of the property next-door. But to the right it was still rocky and much of the beach is washed out from the hurricane (including the Marriott beach). We decided to rent a cabana further north on 7-mile beach at the Westin for the day to enjoy the soft sand and clear turqiouse water for swimming and water sports. Overall, we had a relaxing time and comfortable stay and would recommend this condo.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Crescent Point is located at the beginning of Seven Mile Beach, right next to the newly renovated Margaritaville Resort. This property has a private beach, with an excellent reef for snorkeling. The Marriott is a short walk up the beach where you can rent paddle boards, sailboats, snorkel gear and jet ski's. You can also book excursions like Stingray City. Within walking distance is downtown George Town, with shopping, restaurants, and Camana Bay. If you want to do a daily car rental and make your way to Rum Point, Andy's Car Rental is just across the street.
