This villa was amazing! It is very well kept, clean, and in a great location. You are just steps from the beach, and there are some great restaurants within walking distance from here. The space has everything you need, and it all works. We did not have any issues. We were happy with the rental, and the host, John, was easy to reach out to, and very kind. I would stay here again in the future.

This is our 3rd time to stay in this property and it has been fantastic every time. Plenty of room for our party of 6 (2 kids) and the whole experience was fantastic! Walk out to the beach with chairs and umbrella right there, a garage with beach toys for the kids. The host is very nice and accommodating.Hope we can come back soon!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! It had everything we needed and the view is breathtaking. We practically had the beach to ourselves. great location, with many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!

We just spent an incredible week here with our family of four, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The location right on Seven Mile Beach was absolutely perfect, and the amenities were excellent. Having all of the beach gear provided including paddleboards, floats, beach toys, and coolers was such an amazing convenience. It made enjoying the beach so easy and created so many fun, memorable moments for our family.The hosts were super responsive, helpful, and attentive whenever we had a question. As first-time visitors to Grand Cayman, we weren’t sure exactly what to expect, but this rental completely exceeded our expectations.We had the best time and would highly, highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Grand Cayman. It was absolutely worth it!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here in the Cayman Islands. The condo is every bit as beautiful as the photos, if not even better. Our favorite features were the pool just steps out the back door with easy access, and the beach right out front, making it incredibly convenient to go back and forth throughout the day.The location is fantastic, with several great restaurants within walking distance. We loved snorkeling right from the beach and made great use of all the beach accessories provided in the unit's storage area, including plenty of snorkel gear, rafts, and stand-up paddleboards.We hope to be back someday. The Cayman Islands were absolutely wonderful, and this was the perfect place to enjoy everything they have to offer!

Beautiful unit with everything you need for cooking in if you want. We cooked breakfast every morning and usually went out for dinner. Great open gathering area. We had 5 adults and were all comfortable. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Veranda was awesome for the evenings to sit and listen to the waves without getting bug bitten. Would highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic experience. John is a great host - helpful and responsive. Accommodations are great - comfortable beds, good linens, etc. We loved the enclosed patio with our unobstructed views of the water and sounds of the waves crashing was hypnotic. We will definitely be back!

Host communication was exceptional. Condominium exceeded expectations, online photos did not do it justice. The gourmet kitchen is perfect, and view stunning. Beds were comfortable. Beach sand was sooooooo soft. Even though 7 mile is a busy beach, the area where the condo sits is fairly calm. Great snorkeling and paddle boarding right out front! Loved everything about it and want to go back!

The photos do not do this property justice. This was our third trip to the island, and this was by far our favorite home away from home. There are so many fun places to walk to, restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Also, the ability to just walk off the patio onto Seven Mile Beach was stupendous. We found ourselves swimming much more than we normally would. The interior was very well cared for. The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes, utensils, drinkware, barware, cookware, and appliances. We loved the massive wine refrigerator and the ICE MACHINE! Oooo, the ice machine and filtered water saved us from buying mountains of plastic water bottles. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and bathrooms well appointed. Air conditioning was strong and the home must be well insulated. We never had to turn the AC any lower than 76-78. This will be our go-to property for Grand Cayman from any future visits.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views. You walk directly from the porch onto the beach. Very private and quiet, which was lovely. The inside of the condo is beautifully decorated, completed updated and has everything you could need. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This was our annual family vacation we take each year. Adult children with their wives and one grandchild. This rental was in a great location many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It was a beautiful unit and we had a great time.

Wonderful Stay for Spring Break

This is a beautiful property with a great host. Check in was easy, the place was clean with high end finishes. The location is breathtaking, with just 2 steps down from the screened in porch your toes are in the sand. Tons of amenities from beach toys, to beach chairs and coolers, anything you need this unit has it!
