We really enjoyed our stay here. The only improvement I would make is the cleanliness of the outdoor furniture. The house had plenty of space with the many bedrooms. I would have preferred the primary bedroom (the one with the view) to have the king bed in it. Parking is definitely tight in the garage and one of the next door neighbors left a note on our car asking us not to park in front of their house. We already had 2 cars in the respective garages and we had a parking pass to park on the street for our third car. Aside from those minor issues, we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was absolutely fabulous. The house was very roomy and the location to Universal Studios and to all of Hollywood is just fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Great Hotel! Good location with an easy walk to Disneyland with views of the night time fireworks from our balcony. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms are a good size with good facilities. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Excellent weekend in Hollywood!

The location is just as described and the interior and views are amazing! The location is nicely tucked away from all the busy traffic, in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything that you didn't have to travel far. Would stay here again when visiting LA!

This was the perfect house for 5 adults. The house is clean and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Location is central to everything. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in LA!

Post Wedding Retreat

We stayed here for a few days after my son’s wedding in Thousand Oaks. The view was fabulous and a great way to rest and recover before heading back East. We appreciated being able to spread out and each person having their own bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and immaculate property! Well stocked kitchen and to have private bathrooms was so nice! Great location and views! Highly recommend making reservations and eating at Yamashiro which is within walking distance! Also a short drive to see the Brady Bunch house and the Knots Landing cul-de-sac! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and great location!!

This was the best house for our family vacation! The house is amazing- completely redone and so beautiful! The kitchen has everything you would need and there was plenty of room for our family to 6 to spread out. We loved how close it was to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Dodger Stadium, and Universal Studios. Highly recommend!!

Great location

The property was very clean. Location was near Hollywood Boulevard and minute from downtown LA. Property managers were prompt in there responses pre rental and during the time of stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

This place is everything and more! The home is very spacious. We rented it for our son’s wedding. We wanted to have our other children and their spouses stay with us as well as grandkids. It fit everyone very well! The views are spectacular! From the morning sunrise to the twinkling lights at night, you will not be disappointed!

Gorgeous Views!

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills with spectacular views of Hollywood and LA, we had lots of room to spread out in comfy spaces. Danny, our host was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we were able to walk to our concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Property

Wonderful remodel, with lots of space and unparalleled views. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to just about everything. Lilly and Danny were incredibly communicative and helpful. Could not have asked for a better trip to Los Angeles!

Get Wow'd Villa

The cushions on both patios outside were ripped very baddly. BBG cover was ripped very badly. The door stops were off the wall. Location was great and it was clean except carpet on main floor back bedroom needed a vaccum. The umbrella did not close on the patio. Overall, nice place.

We're really glad to hear you enjoyed the great location and found the place clean overall. The brutal sun have worn out some of the outdoor patio cushions and BBQ cover, in which we have taken steps to replace them. The patio umbrella works fine...you just need to remove the pin that locks the crank to raise or lower it. Our professional cleaners are top notch and always vacuum thoroughly between stays, and we have also scheduled to have all the rugs professionally deep cleaned. Please know that if anything ever seems overlooked, we'd be happy to send our cleaning team back right away – just let us know!

Hollywood Adventure

We came to LA for family vacation as my teenager children had strong interest in some of the attractions in the area and we also have extended family in Thousand Oaks. This was a perfect location to get to all areas of LA, which is always a challenge with traffic. We were able to walk to Chinese Mann Theater on first day, but learned that the hills can be challenging. The view at this house is absolutely gorgeous, but never felt that it was very loud. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. The house was very clean and well-appointed. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property in Hollywood Hills

The property is beautiful and spacious. The home is very clean and well decorated and met the needs of our extended family of 10. The outdoor decks are very nice and the views are wonderful. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. The only drawback to the house was the parking. The garage is very small as was clearly advertised in the listing, and we were unable to park our SUV in the garage without having to exit the car through the hatchback. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Parking at the property was a nightmare you had to squeeze the car in a tiny garage as the CD parking pass left was out of date. Dishwasher was broken and had no reply from property manager. Only one king bed and it was not in the master bedroom. Lots of hair under the sheets.

We want to be fully transparent about the property's features, and the listing description does clarify the bed configurations and the limited size of the garage.
