Very underwhelming for the price
The property looked nothing like the photos. For a 3 bedroom unit that we paid over $3000 for it was extremely underwhelming. When we arrived at the property the console in the dining room had fallen down. I fixed this. The 2nd bathroom was so drafty that my sister could not sleep in there the window would not close and as with the 3rd bedroom were closed with carboard pieces, so all we could hear all night was the noise from the street. You could not swing a cat on the balcony. We had friends staying a block away that were paying half the price for a unit twice the size. We have stayed several times on th GC and this was by far the most expensive apartment and the most underwhelming. For this price I would have expected a tv in every room. Only in the lounge room. The internet dropped out constantly. We were there for my sisters 50th and opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate….there was only 1 wine glass available. We were having a catered girls lunch for 10 friends that we had to relocate to our friend’s apartment as we could only fit 4 people on the balcony. My advise is to stay elsewhere. Filled out a survey for the property managers but never received a reply.
