Fantastic

Fantastic updated property with heated pool and hot tub. They also added a sauna, although it's a little small. Overall, a great property in a good location.

Amazing place!! We truly enjoyed the location, access to walking trail, heated parking, and the walk out suite. Very clean and well maintained. Easy communication and clear instructions. Great rental! Can’t wait to return.

Calm getaway close to everything

Great little place for a couple to get away from the city. Nice amenities with the building, quiet condo with a little view of the walking path.

It's a comfortable stay for 4 of us in the family. Everything good in the suite. Kitchen with all basic utensils we needed. Happy with the stay. Just mattresses are a bit too soft. We love je barbeque, heated up fast

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen was perfectly spacious and the king bed was wonderful. Having the connecting bathroom his and her sinks was so convenient and the shower was very spacious. The hot tub was a must after long days of hiking and everything is very easy to access including parking. The only two things I could recommend is having another frying pan, one was hard for cooking brunches, and second, the room still wasn’t ready at 4:00 the cleaner was inside so we had to just hang around and wait for 25 min at our vehicle to bring everything in. Overall though, we loved it here and it was very comfortable and would absolutely stay again!

10/10 would recommend staying here! Perfect location, the suite was extremely clean and organized, the bed and the pillows were probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! Lol. Also, super friendly front desk staff and amazing outdoor warm pool and hot tub! Thanks so much, John! :)

Canmore Condo without a view

We liked the overall property but felt we were misled on our views. We had no views of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and condo was clean. We also had a hard time checking in and had to contact our host. He was very responsive.

Very clean and nice property

We had a nice stay, property was impeccably clean. We had everything we needed. This was our best STR stay ever. My kids want to come back to stay in this house again. The only thing I want to say is that view from room is of parking lot and you cant see mountains. It did t bother as we were rarely in house in day light. Host was very responsive as well. Overall it was out best stay ever!

Clean and convenient

Very clean, plenty of space for 4, very convenient to have kitchen, washer and dryer. Garage us a bit cramped, but I guess that is none of owner's fault. I think i would prefer instructions for recycling in big font somewhere very visible. Highly recommend for Banff and Kananaskis Visitors.

First trip to Canada

This property is in a wonderful location. The room doesn't have a spectacular view, but walk outside the main entrance and "Wow!!!!!!" You can walk to catch the bus up to Bannff if you want. Otherwise there is free parking very close the the bus stop. Everything was exactly as the owner said it would be. John was easy to communicate with as I had questions.

Great location

Apartment was clean and great location to Banff. As advertised. Just a note for those thinking there would be a view … there is no view. It is in a complex facing another building and has a walkway at window level so you will need to lower blinds at all times for privacy which is the only downfall. Was missing minor items such as hangers, ice trays and pool towels.- but the renter was responsive when contacted. The area is sooooo beautiful it is just such a shame there is no view.

Didn't get to stay at the apartment, so only reviewing booking experience. Two days before our travel we had a hurricane. Our house was damaged and as a result we couldn't travel. It was too late to cancel for a full refund but we were hoping we can work out some sort of a partial refund given that this was a natural disaster out of our control. The host and VRBO refused any kind of compromise, not even a cleaning fee refund from the host or a booking fee refund from VRBO. They have no compassion whatsoever.

Beautiful well appointed condo

We were here for a night stay while biking the legacy trail. Condo is immaculately clean and beautiful. Very comfortable King size bed in primary with crisp cotton bedding. Queen size pullout couch in living room extremely comfortable but microfibre bed linens were a minus for me would have preferred the cotton bed linens here. The condo was well equipped with anything you could need. The courtyard was beautiful with a fire table and the pool/hot tub area also great but were unable to use as they were in maintenance the night we were there. Love the underground parking and we were able to lock our bicycles up there as well. Great coffee shop right close to the front entrance. As others mentioned you don’t have a view and the condo borders a bike/walking path but we had the windows open and it was quiet. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Don't be Fooled By The Outdoor Photos

I have stayed at the Stone Ridge before and this place wasn't as nice. It would be nice if the photos accurately reflected the views that you would get from this unit but they don't. The view from the unit is of a walking path, parking lot and another building. The porch door was not locked when we arrived and it is on the ground floor so I am glad I checked it. There is only one access door key which means the people in your party are limited as to how they would manage using the parking garage and pool area at the same time. I.E. in the event you wanted to run errands and some one else in your party wanted to use the pool area, you would need two keys to do this. The owners instructions said there were 2 keys but upon arrival there was only one. The cable box did not want to connect to either of the two TV's. Since we were there for only one night I didn't bother to contact the owner. Other units had provided robes for use in the pool area, which is especially nice in the winter when it is cold as you get out of the hot tub, this unit didn't have any robes that we could find.
