Great location, super close to State Street and several parks. Cabin was very nice, quiet spot. Bed was very comfortable. Air condition worked great, after a hot day at the music festival. Only problem, we needed to contact Evolve, the owners host, email and phone number Evolve sent us was in Johnson City. I really like when you can actually converse with the owners.

Great place, quaint and peaceful! Great location to all the attractions! Very clean and organized!

Check in was easy with the keyless entry. We did not use the space much, as we were there for the baseball game but it has a nice space for cooking and chilling.

Just what we were looking for! Great price,location and homelike! Much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. Would have liked to have something to put our luggage on besides the floor, other than that... everything was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

It would have been nice if there was a grab bar to get in and out of the shower. Also a dresser or shelves would have been nice so we didn't have to live out of our suitcase on the floor. Otherwise very nice

Terrible

Let's start off with the positive. Very clean and attractive small home close to the town center. The negative. If you like being monitored, then this is the place for you. Within 3 hours of checking in we received a very curt email stating that we were in violation of the rental agreement for occupancy and that we had one hour to respond. Apparently the owner watches you through the doorbell cam. My son and his girlfriend had stopped by the home to eat dinner with us that evening and instead of calling to understand the situation it was easier for them to send a nasty gram. We called the management company and was unable to reach the individual responsible for the email (as another reviewer stated). The following afternoon is when we finally received a reply and we informed them that there had been no hot water since we arrived. This issue was never addressed or corrected so we spent three days without showers or any hot water. Also the heating system was difficult to use (as another reviewer stated). In short, I stated my surprise and displeasure at being monitored, whether they have the right to do so or not is a creepy and unsettling feeling knowing that someone is watching you. Also the lack of concern or desire to correct a deficiency by the owner and management is also unacceptable. All in all, a horrible experience.

It is our responsibility to ensure that all guests adhere to the house rules, including the maximum occupancy. We strive to communicate these clearly before booking.- Regarding the water heater issue, as soon as we were made aware, we provided troubleshooting instructions and had it repaired the next day after your departure. - The HVAC system is not difficult to use, but we're sorry to hear you felt otherwise. House was great! Clean and well organized, great price as well. Definitely would recommend and come back. Four of us travel for softball tournaments and we all fit very comfortably in this home. Also close to a lot of food and shopping. House had everything you needed beside an iron.Definitely recommend

Adorable cottage

Clean, well stocked and maintained! Even though it is in the city, it has a great country feel. We even had a deer in our backyard every morning! Only thing would be if you want to sit outside bring some lawn chairs! But other then that one tiny thing this place was perfection!
