3 BR house in a true craftsman home in North Vancouver. Quiet, upscale neighbourhood, minutes to Downtown, West Vancouver Sea-walk, Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge.
Great stores and shopping at ParkRoyal just 10 minute drive from our home. Enjoy North Vancouver's funky restaurants, and cafes on Lonsdale. This home is perfect for hosting a large group.

Guests will have access to upper 3 bedroom floors of house, front yard/porch, back deck and Balcony.
We like to share our home and kindly hope that during their stay our guests take into consideration our neighbours and the fact that it’s a residential neighbourhood and therefore not be noisy and loud as to disturb others.
Quit hours start at 11:00 Pm.

This was a great location to get to Lynn Canyon Park, Capilano, and Grouse mountain. Comfortable and quiet place.

Charming!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house has so much charm. The owner was very responsive to questions. We wish we could have stayed longer. It ranks as my top favorite vacation rental.

Great location

Our 4-night stay at this clean, well-appointed, centrally-located property for our son’s wedding weekend couldn’t have been more perfect. The hosts were lovely to meet and generously gifted us a bottle of wine for our celebration. It was the ideal spot for our family to gather. We couldn’t have asked for more. Great place, great hosts.

Beautiful Lonsdale Home!!

What a wonderful stay in this beautiful Lonsdale Home! So convenient to Vancouver and all the outdoor adventures. Check in was easy and the home had everything we needed, including the peaceful water sounds from the creek below. Thank you for all your hospitality as we enjoyed the Vancouver area!

Home in North Vancouver

Excellent place to stay. Bright, clean and well appointed home on a quiet street on the north shore. Lovely outdoor seating areas and easy to use barbecue. Only caveat is there are a number of stairs to access the property. If that’s not an issue, would recommend this home highly.

Perfect stay - exactly as advertised

The house is fantastic and everything looks exactly as advertised. The house is VERY well equipped with everything you could need. This house is more like a home than a rental property. It was VERY clean, quiet, perfect for our family of 6. The king and queen beds were very comfortable (firm foam mattresses). The two twin beds were spring mattresses and not comfortable, but they were fine for my kids. The check-in process was easy, the owner sent us a door code ahead of time and was also communicative on VRBO messaging. The only thing to note which I wasn't aware of is that the basement/ground level is occupied by the owner, but we never heard them and it didn't bother us.

Beautiful place to stay!

While planning our visit to Vancouver, our original idea was to find a place right in the heart of the city. However, this lovely place in Upper Lonsdale caught my eye, and I couldn’t resist booking it. I’m so happy that I did! It is spacious, comfortable, and the property is magical! You are surrounded by trees and there is a small stream running right through the yard. For families with children, there is a great park right down the street. I loved being in a neighborhood yet having easy access to the city. It took us about 20 minutes to reach any destination in downtown Vancouver by car, and we also parked at Lonsdale Quay and took the Sea Bus which is a 12 minute ride. We also loved exploring North Vancouver and it’s great shops and restaurants, and liked the easy access to the Sea to Sky Highway to visit Whistler. The host is very accommodating and responsive, we needed a coffee grinder and one appeared at our doorstep within hours! We would stay again without hesitation.

Colorado to Canada

Thank you Missah and Shirin for being such exceptional hosts. Your home is very comfortable, spacious and the photographs capture it perfectly. Nice private driveway. I would recommend this home as a top booking for families traveling with children. We took day trips in Vancouver to the markets, breweries, ferry trip to Victoria to see the Empress Hotel and Fisherman's Wharf, Stanley Park for the totem poles and then returned to the peace & quiet of our home to cook and unwind and watched the grandchildren flee to the yard and stream to play. (The little kitty cat was a bonus for them!) You couldn't do that in a vacation hotel or condo! I would make 3 personal comments to our gracious hosts and do so out of respect for them and future guests. The kitchen skillets should be replaced and a few more utensils, glasses/dishes would be nice. There is no disposal!! Second, the master bed with bath has a jacuzzi tub with 2 tile landings before entering tub. They were slippery and not great for seniors getting in and out. Caution there! Finally we did discover the house rules in the dining room 2 days in. Perhaps better left on the kitchen counter so not to miss it. All in all, we made the right choice for our vacation destination to this home. We've already referred friends and will hope to revisit the next time we travel to Canada. Outstanding property!!!

Amazing home and location

We had a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of room with 2 sleeping on the living room sofas. The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and had everything you could ever need except washcloths. We bought a quick pack of wash cloths at the local Walmart and were all set. The owners were great at communication, so kind, and was very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. Just fabulous!!

North Van stay

Massih and Shirin's home was absolutely stunning. My family flew in from Ontario for my wedding celebration and stayed here for 4 nights. We had my 4 month old nephew traveling with us as well, and knowing such gracious hosts made the stay very comfortable and reassuring. The home was well equipped with everything needed, clean, with many personal touches. There was room for 2 cars to park in the driveway which we were very appreciative of. Knowing that I had just gotten married, we arrived to find a most beautiful bouquet of roses at the kitchen table, with a congratulations card. I was overjoyed. The hosts are very thoughtful, and considerate, and the home has all the essentials you will need for a perfect BC escape. Thank you for hosting us!

Wedding Stay

Our son was married Labor Day weekend. 6 of us stayed at this lovely property. The home was spacious with a wonderful layout. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front patio and BBQed on the back deck. This property was the best equipped VRBO that we have stayed at. The check in and checkout was effortless with no complications. Communications were timely and helpful. We didn’t have a personal vehicle but used the bus across the street, family pick ups and Uber. We would stay here again in a minute if needed.

Great Space, Great Location

Clean and bright living area with lovely windows and tree lined yard for privacy. Lots of bedroom space and places to stretch out. We ate outside on the deck several nights. The location was ideal to restaurants and tourist attractions, but on a quiet road.

Upper Lonsdale Summer Weekend

The 3 bed / 2 bath house is conveniently located in Upper Lonsdale - with filtered views of the harbour, Stanley Park and downtown skyline. The elevated position provides 2 decks for morning and afternoon sun and the bountiful skylights make the house light and bright (unusual for most homes in Vancouver). The bus stop at the front door was very convenient as was the on-site parking. Massih was a gracious hostess and the house was well stocked and impeccably clean - perfect size for families of 4-6 people. The tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom was super comfortable and the neighbourhood was very quiet, but within a few minutes drive of the shops and services further down Lonsdale Avenue. Easy access to the freeway for getting around (although traffic moves very slowly in Vancouver these days with increased development - the price you pay for a global city "vibe"). We'll definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and hosts

This house sits on a beautiful, densely wooded lot with a stream running through it. It has big patio in the back yard that for us was a great escape because we had the unfortunate luck to be visiting during an excessive heat warning. I'm sure during "typical" Vancouver weather, the house is fabulous. Regardless, Massih, our host, did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Amazing stay at a beautiful home

Massih and Shirin are some of the nicest hosts we have ever stayed with. The house was in impeccable condition and honestly great hospitality. We had a small friend trip and the beds and accommodation was comfortable and perfect! The house and interiors feel like you are basically a part of the nature and a perfect way to have a retreat. Updated amenities and appliances, honestly didn't even need to leave the home for anything! Plus they are super helpful with recommendations in and around the home. Thank you once again for hosting us!
