Bienvenue au Sunset Penthouse, un superbe condo de quatre chambres situé à Maho, avec des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, le golf et le lagon. Bien connu pour sa vie nocturne animée, plages de sable blanc avec de l'eau turquoise et le mélange des cultures, l'ßle de Saint-Martin est une destination caribbean top.

Le plus de ce penthouse est la grande piscine privĂ©e sur le balcon pour imbibe sous les Ă©toiles. Ensuite, dĂ©tendez-vous sur le balcon avec un verre de vin en regardant le coucher du soleil. Il y a aussi un spacieux et confortable salon climatisĂ© oĂč vous pourrez profiter d'une soirĂ©e cinĂ©ma. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat. Un intĂ©rieur entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des canapĂ©s confortables et un mobilier moderne, vous vous sentirez Ă  la maison.
La cuisine conçu sur mesure se vante haut de gamme des appareils sera parfait pour cuisiner pour un grand groupe de famille ou entre amis. Vous pourrez profiter de repas à l'intérieur ou sur le balcon extérieur.

Jusqu'à 8 clients sont invités à rester dans quatre chambres à coucher-tout haut de gamme du dernier étage disposent d'une salle de bains, climatisation, dressing et d'une télévision. Tous ont des lits king size. Deux d'entre eux ont une baignoire jacuzzi. Chaque chambre a été décorée de façon unique avec des thÚmes différents. La mise en page de ce charmant penthouse offre un maximum d'intimité pour chacun des quatre chambres à coucher, et de belles vues de toutes les parties du condo.

Fantastic Stay

We are a family of seven with varying ages. Perfect spot to nightlife, as well as turning in early. Lovely spot for coffee in the morning overlooking the bay. Enough room for all of us, and grewt family meals around the table!

We were four ladies (in our 60’s) that had an absolutely fantastic vacation!! It is my second visit staying in this amazing home. The views are spectacular from sunrise to sunset and throughout the evening skies. We woke up to rainbows in the mornings, alongside a few brief rain showers.John was very easy to work on our booking. Stacy was a super friendly and helpful host. Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. Super close convenient grocery shopping, wonderful restaurants & breathtaking beaches. Looking forward to my next visit!! Thank you John (and Stacy) for the lovely memories we made while staying in your home!

The Perfect Location With Right Amount of Room

We had 2 families of four stay at the penthouse. Everything was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient to Maho and the beaches. Truly a wonderful vacation. Next time we will be staying longer at this property. Thank you again John and Stacey for being such wonderful hosts!

Great Place in Good Location

Everything here was top notch. Check-in was easy, the penthouse was perfect for our four couples, great views and good location close enough to Maho but just far enough away where in didn't become a problem. The lone drawback was that the elevator was being repaired during our stay so we had to walk up and down everyday. But even that wasn't too big of a deal-breaker. Would absolutely stay here again and would have no issues recommending it either!

What an amazing view!! Short walk to market, restaurant, beach, casino. Loved the balcony pool. I was a little disappointed with Smart Vacation shopping service. They shopped a very expensive store as compared to market prices in town. Would not recommend using. Taxi service is reasonable and friendly for our trips around island. Hope to be back!!

Beautiful penthouse experience

This penthouse is lovely! It is gorgeous, spacious, and well-equipped and elegantly furnished! The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom! We absolutely loved the terrace with it's view and space and pool! Maho village is a short walk and has shops and restaurants. And a bit further is the renowned Juliana runway. Check it out! Even with the proximity to the airport, we were not bothered by noise. John, the owner, is easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. The manager was pleasant and available for questions as well. It is truly a gem in St Martin. Highly recommend!!!

Stunning Accommodations - Address basic necessities

Accommodations & view as advertised. Simply stunning. Very comfortable. Pool was great. Stacey was very helpful in attending to our requests. Somewhat disappointed that accommodations were not stocked with some basic necessities. Half used paper towel but not an additional roll. Not enough toilet paper. One dishwasher tablet. Not all bathrooms had body wash. Some bathrooms had hand soap but the bottle was empty. Ice cube maker in refrigerator was not working properly. No additional blankets or pillows. Bottom of feet were black after walking around inside of condo. Found that some of the mattress pads needed to be laundered before we stayed there once we removed the sheets after our stay.

Gorgeous property with million dollar views.

This is an exceptional property in a very nice condo community. The finishes are top notch and the variety of spaces to lounge is unequaled. I especially love the balcony off of the Master Bathroom, which looks directly over the activity at the airport. (Which ends around dark) Having a private plunge pool is a very luxurious amenity and everything, including the pool is spotless. My only suggestions, as was noted in another review (and is common in these condos), would be to have some kind of shelf in the showers as it's awkward to keep everything on the floor and have to bend down for them. (I recently purchased a nice corner shelf for one of my properties that doesn't require drilling) Also, some more of the blinds like the one in the TV area would really help keep the unit comfortable during the afternoon sun periods (and would probably save you lots in electrical costs.)

Blue Marine penthouse spectacular

The ladies and I had a truly wonderful time during our trip. The private penthouse was stunning with its own pool, breathtaking views, and a spacious terrace that exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, Stacey, the concierge, warmly greeted us and escorted us to the penthouse. It was clean, spacious and exactly as depicted in the listing photos perfect for our group of eight Stacey was exceptional, providing us with our tour and explaining how to operate the appliances. She also informed us that a maid would visit for General cleaning door during our stay which was included in the rental fee. However, the maid did not show up, which was a minor inconvenience. On Sunday, May 25 we encountered an issue with the power supply to the refrigerator and some of the appliances and the air conditioner. I immediately contacted Stacey, who probably arrived to address the problem. Unfortunately, she was unable to resolve it and mentioned that an external vendor would need to repair some sort of an outside fuse. She assured us it would be fixed within an hour or two, so we headed to the beach, albeit with some concern for the perishable food and medication in the refrigerator. Regrettably the issue was not resolved until about 5:30 or 6 PM that evening despite these two mishaps, we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider staying at the penthouse again if we return to.Sint Maarten.

St. Maarten Executive Rooftop Suite

This property was overall great! Stacey Ann Charles the property manager was fantastic. She communicated in a timely manner, always and was very accommodating of requests.The unit was as advertised and in a great location. Pro's were:1) Easy walking distance to restaurants, casino, nightlife, and two beaches. Maho beach more of a novelty beach due to its location by the airport and being right under planes landing. A must visit! Also, Mullet Beach which is great! Has a restaurant and bar, good chairs and umbrellas for rent, bathrooms, and good for families. 2) Literally right across the way from the airport. less than a 5-minute ride from airport to VRBO.3) Outstanding views from the large deck.4) Has a private pool on the deck but still access to larger pools on the resort.5) Ample room in the unit for living area and adjoining kitchen which was decently stocked. Highly recommend their Concierge service because the last thing you want to do when you get there is to have to go to the store.Cons (Not really but maybe recommendations for the Property Manger):1) Would of liked to have some extra blankets on hand. however, to be fair we never asked for any and i am quite certain Stacey would of had them to us same day had we.2) Some Airport noise but you get used to it and they don't fly too late, so we got used to it pretty fast. Also, you don't spend a lot of time there during the day anyways.Overall-highly recommended and would rent again!

Wonderful stay!!

What a wonderful stay we had at this property! The penthouse itself is huge and very cleanly and simply decorated. Each of the teenagers had their own room and we had our room. Plenty of space for us all to spread out when we needed quiet time. The kitchen is state of the art but unfortunately we never cooked in it, but if has anything you might need. They must have just replaced the elevator when we arrived. There is a special key to lock the elevator so only we could get to the 5th floor- that was a nice touch for safety. The views are stunning at sunset. Every night we would grab a cocktail and sit outside on the balcony to watch the sunset. I don’t think you can find a prettier place to watch it. The location is right by the airport, but don’t worry because you don’t hear anything. By far the prettiest beach closest is Mullet Bay Beach. It’s a 10 minute walk from the condo. I would highly recommend the Kalatua beach resort. If you send them a WhatsApp message or go early, you can reserve their beautiful beachchairs and umbrellas and you have unlimited access to cocktails and food all day! We sat in their restaurant for lunch in the sand overlooking the water. We spent the majority of the days in the water and it was absolutely crystal clear and beautiful. Maho beach is also close but definitely not as impressive. It’s certainly worth a quick stop. We went to Tortuga for lunch upon landing and were able to see some of the planes land.

Beautiful Spacious Condo enjoyed by All of our Family!

The condo was spacious and beautiful. It was very clean and well equipped. The views were amazing from the large balcony and private pool. The large pool and hot tub for the community were not cleaned when we first arrived, but it was taken care of swiftly. The hot tub was just warm, but we only tried it once. The location was great with easy walkable access to Mullet Bay (great family beach with clear water and amenities) and Mayo Beach (planes landing and beautiful clear waters). We ate at several surrounding restaurants. We had a rental minivan (Discount Car Rental was a great find!) which we drove all over the island. The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It was very nice having bathrooms for each room. The AC works great also! The condo could use more towels (bath and pool/beach) when there are 8 people staying in the unit, but we made it work. I don't think there was a gym which was on the listing information, but we could've just missed it. We never turned on the televisions so I'm not sure of any details there. The Wifi worked great, especially considering we had 6 young adults with us who used it constantly. The master bath shower didn't drain well, but we worked around it. One of the showers is tiny in the first bedroom/bathroom on the right as you walk in the unit, so we did share the larger master shower with two of our kids. The elevator was nice with luggage and groceries, but the stairs weren't difficult. We felt very safe at the property and Stacy, Property Manager, was very quick to respond to any of our needs and questions. We would definitely stay at the condo again. Enjoy!

Great location, comfortable, outdoor space a plus

The penthouse was perfect for our group of 4 couples and located close to our favorite beach, Mullet Bay. Jonathan and Stacy were very responsive to our questions and attentive in getting a few minor things fixed timely. We enjoyed the outdoor patio tremendously where we started and ended our days to enjoy our time together and the view, got to see planes coming in and even fireworks one evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Penthouse with spectacular views. The property was as listed with no surprises. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Sint Martin to stay here. The location was a five minute drive from the airport with free parking for rentals. You could also walk half a mile into town to grab a bite to eat and or shop.

Amazing Weekend in Maho

Stayed here as a group of five women to celebrate our graduation from nursing school. The location was perfect and it was situated within walking distance of Maho Village. Check-in process was easy and simple. The property manager was unable to be there to check us in but sent me very detailed videos of how to get there and how to enter the condo. Upon entering the space, everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was great having a bathroom for each person, especially as a group of women all getting at the same time. The size of one of the showers is on the smaller side so choose wisely with who gets that bathroom because for one of us it was hard to turn around in there. The drains in the showers also went down very slow which was annoying and we just assumed it was an issue we had to deal with. When mentioning it to the property manager at checkout he said we should have told him because he would have taken care of it so hopefully that's no longer an issue. The decor of the space is very modern. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need. We even hired a private chef and he was able to make an amazing five course dinner for us there with no problem. The bedrooms were also very nice and the mattresses were very comfortable. Everyone in my group always said they got great sleep. Overall the condo was amazing but there was one thing that made it difficult at times. Because it is the penthouse, it's obviously situated on the top floor which is five stories up. The elevator kept breaking at random times which left us having to walk up to our apartment alot. We notified the property manager who then notified the proper channels and each time it was fixed but sometimes it took a while especially being that it was a weekend. Coming up five flights of stairs with tons of groceries, or after a night of drinking with heels on wasn't fun at all. It was actually very rough for us. The property manager came over on the last day to help us with our luggage because the elevator broke again that day which was so sweet of him and when he got there it started working again. He explained to us that, the elevator doesn't usually just break like that so I guess it was just our bad luck that weekend. Besides that issue, it was a great weekend at the penthouse and all of us would definitely stay there again as a group and even with our families (hopefully this time with an elevator that works).
