Beautiful house perfect for three couples loved having the separate suites with their own bathrooms. Veronica greeted us and helped us get settled she was great! We all loved the pool, beautiful views enjoyed the monkeys and iguanas had a great time on the island. The place was very clean , we felt very secure, would definitely come back!

The home met all of our expectations and the pictures perfectly matched what we experienced. Our three adult couples enjoyed the pool, the views and the location. We also really appreciated Sabrina meeting us at our rental car location and leading us to the villa. She provided a fantastic tour of the home and answered all of our questions. We're all ready planning a return trip.

This house is incredible! It looks even better than the photos. The views are amazing and the house is supplied with everything you need. Jenna was amazing to work with from the time we booked. She was happy to answer any questions we had and provided a ton of recommendations on beaches, activities, and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing while enjoying stunning views. The villa was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, making it ideal for our family. The kids had a blast, and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings. The Perfect Villia

Beautiful Villa and Views

Villa Victoria is a beautiful Villa with an amazing view. The Villa is in a great location and had everything we needed. We loved the infinity pool and grilling/entertainment area. We were disappointed we didn’t get to see any monkeys on the property, but we did get to see some on the drive down the mountain. We can’t wait to go back again!!

Our family’s stay at Villa Victoria in St. Martin was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views that greeted us from every single room in the home. The layout was simply perfect — a seamless flow throughout the villa that made it feel both grand and effortlessly livable. The pool, overlooking the ocean, was an absolute highlight and the setting for many unforgettable moments. Beaches, shopping and restaurants easily accessible from the Villa. The Villa Victoria team made us feel welcomed. Everyone went above and beyond with special touches like greeting us at the airport and escorting us to the Villa, which reduces so much stress and sets a positive tone for your vacation (thank you Sabrina and Frank). Thank you Ivory for keeping the Villa spotless and thank you Paul for supporting an extremely easy departure. What made Villa Victoria truly special, though, was the way it brought us together as a family while still giving each of us our own space to unwind. We laughed, we relaxed, and we reconnected in a way that only the most magical of settings can inspire. We are already dreaming of our return, and without hesitation, we give Villa Victoria our highest recommendation — it is a gem that deserves to be experienced by every family looking for the perfect escape. WOW Just Wow!!!

All of us were so impressed with Villa Victoria. The views are awesome, the pools was perfect, and the house had every amenity you could think of. We have all been friends since high school and live in different cities. This was the perfect place for us to reconnect and create new memories. Jenna was more then helpful ensuring that we had the best time!!! Thank you!!!

Paradise Escape

We had a fantastic time at Villa Victoria. The villa offers spectacular views and the private patios and pools offer a secluded slice of paradise. Home is very clean and well maintained and perfectly matches the photos. Excellent communication with both the owner and local host who met us and guided us to the villa for the first time. Plan to have a car that can handle the steep hills but the ascent to the top is well worth it.

Beautiful Villa Victoria

The Villa Victoria was a perfect place for 3 couples celebrating two 40th birthdays during our stay! Jenna was super helpful during the planning process to help make our trip full of great memories. Some of our fave spots were Loterie Farms, Pinel Island, Boat Charter day + snorkeling, Mullet Bay Beach, & taking in the scenery + pool at Villa Victoria. We also had great food with faves being Rainbow Cafe & Bamboo House! The Villa was very clean & looks exactly like the pictures provided. The views from the upper balcony are stunning!! Loved having coffee/bfast up there each morning. The 3 bedrooms are each very spacious with adjoining bathrooms. Jenna was very communicative with any questions we had. Highly recommend a stay here in St. Martin! :)

We absolutely loved this home and view! The home was located in a perfect spot to see all of the island. It was super comfortable and the layout was perfect! The owner did a great job thinking about every little detail! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and it was great for cooking. As for the home, not much more you could ask for! The only issue we had, were the dogs in the neighborhood started barking at the crack of Dawn. Thankfully each bedroom had a storm cover for the windows that went down with a push of a button. It definitely helped to muffle the sounds. We loved our stay and would definitely return back to the same home.

The views that the Oyster Pond Villas offer are breathtaking. Sunset views, ocean views, as well as the safety we feel with the gated entrance made this neighborhood the perfect location for us to purchase our villa. And now we would love to share that with you and your friends or family!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property stands out from the rest because of its variety of landscapes the view from Villa Victoria offers. Rolling green mountains to the west frame the sunset, nighttime city views with the lights of Orient Bay is gorgeous, ocean views from the infinity pool ledge, as well as the beautiful lush gardens surrounding the property. We pride ourselves on keeping our landscape views and surroundings top notch. Truly a sanctuary.
