La première fois que je suis allé à Anchor House, j'ai été happé par l'océan et le ciel. Cette propriété exceptionnelle bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes, vue dégagée, de la mer à vos pieds s'étendant à travers toutes les nuances de turquoise et de vrai bleu jusqu'à l'horizon lointain.
Je suis immédiatement tombé amoureux de cette propriété. Se baigner dans la piscine miroir d'eau salée, face à l'océan, était la cerise sur le gâteau. J'étais prêt à aller à 5 minutes à pied de Maho où de nombreux restaurants gastronomiques proposent d'excellents menus. J'ai également trouvé des boutiques de luxe, des galeries d'art, des bars et un casino, un salon de coiffure, une pharmacie, un supermarché, ainsi qu'un spa fabuleux, un parcours de golf 18 trous et un choix de plages à proximité. Enfin, je me suis arrêté au célèbre Sunset Grill & Bar pour savourer un cocktail ».

Anchor House est situé dans le quartier résidentiel de Beacon Hill, une oasis de luxe et d'élégance au bord de la mer des Caraïbes.
Comme le décrivent de nombreux articles de presse, la résidence conçue comme une extension de l'environnement naturel est construite directement sur le rocher pour devenir partie intégrante de la falaise.

La ligne architecturale épurée de cet appartement allie élégance intemporelle et style avant-gardiste. Généreusement ouverte sur l'extérieur, l'orientation est-ouest permet d'apprécier la lumière naturelle avec une excellente exposition et des couchers de soleil inoubliables.

Cet appartement moderne, conçu, meublé et décoré avec des oeuvres d'artistes et designers internationaux de renom offre une surface habitable de 3200 pieds carrés, 3 chambres king size avec salle de bain en suite et dressing. Chaque chambre a une superficie de 270 m² toutes avec salle de bain «en suite», la chambre principale offre une télévision au plafond, une grande salle à manger-salon avec cuisine moderne ouverte, 3 places de parking souterrain privées sont desservies par ascenseur. Les hauts plafonds de 10 pi avec lumière intégrée et les portes à fleur de mur ajoutent une touche exquise au modernisme du concept.

La terrasse couverte accueille une table à manger et un salon de design moderne blanc et gris.

La terrasse de 1300 pieds carrés abrite une piscine miroir d'eau salée construite sur le récif de la mer des Caraïbes.

Anchor House is a truly spectacular. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family’s favorite activity was spending time in the pool overlooking the ocean and relaxing on the deck. The views are amazing. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed. It is helpful to rent a car to get around. We had a fabulous vacation and highly recommend this property!

You know you are in the right place as soon as you enter the courtyard of the property. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We found it hard to leave for some of the fun activities we took part in. Always happy to return to this beautiful spot in the sun.

Holy cow. This place is stunning!! The hosts and owners were great, and so very accommodating during our stay. We love it so much that we plan to visit again with more family and rent the 2 bedroom villa next door. We were accommodated with early check in since our flight landed early, Mickey’s was there finishing tidying up which I was happy to see so I could thank and tip her in person. Stacey was so helpful and delivered groceries for us, which I thought I’d see her again to tip her more. But will next time we head down I’ll be sure to reach out to her. Stacey also recommended a driver for the week, who was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. Jamai from cool runnings was a doll and so knowledgeable of the island. But back to the place.. if you don’t book this villa, you’re a fool. Everything from the beauty of the interior, to the view of the ocean and location are top worth it. Just book it, you will not regret it. But, I hope not too many people find this piece of heaven so it’s available when I want it!

5 Stars – A Dream Getaway in SXM!We had an incredible stay at this villa in St. Martin! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and private. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool, which felt like pure luxury.The home itself was spacious and beautifully laid out, offering more than enough room for our group of three couples. Each of us had our own master bedroom with a private bath, which made the stay extra comfortable and stress-free.We loved how the villa had all the comforts of home, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy lounging areas. Whether we were relaxing poolside, cooking dinner together, or heading out to explore the island, everything we needed was right at our fingertips.Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and unforgettable Caribbean escape!

A Great Place

As many have said, it looks just like the pictures. It is a great place to stay. The back yard and open plan were tranquil and relaxing. It is in a good / walkable location to the restaurants. You can skip Maho beach after you see one plane land. The restaurants around it are horrible and it is packed with folks from cruise ships. Instead, walk a little further to Mullet beach and the Kalatua beach club. We had the omakase at Alina and would highly recommend it. It was expensive, but worth every dime. The owner suggested four restaurants and they were all really good. There were only two issues. One is that there is no ice and no way to make ice. We ended up making it in zip lock bags. The second is the drip coffee maker works and then has a glitch where it keeps powering on and powering off. Pretty minor issues for how great this place is.

Excellent Villa on the Sea

Three retired couples enjoyed our stay. Great location right on the sea, facing west for beautiful sunsets. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do, if you ever want to leave the villa! The only thing missing is a grill and written chech-in/check-out instructions. That's a.very minor inconvenience. We would very much recommend this villa!

I want to share that the location of this property is perfect. A short walk to local food/beverage and some shopping. We walked allot which made things easy for our group.The view from the patio is as amazing as the photos show. We have a few complaints but it's nothing I don't feel the owner and manger can address before your stay :-)The ice machine did not work. We could never get the ceiling fans to work. One of our bathroom sinks did not drain. The maid did show up on Thursday but from what we could tell the only thing they did was dump the garbage and sweep the main living area. We wanted to use the safe but when I asked how to use it, no one responded. I tried to google it, but we could never figure it out, so we just carried our items with us.Again, these are all things that def can be taken care of for your visit! Just know that it's location and the home itself, you will enjoy. Do a full walk thru upon arrival and just be sure to address any issues you have.

This place was perfect for 3 couples. The patio with pool and the views were amazing. Honestly, the only thing I would change is the patio furniture. Just not a fan of the plastic stuff. I highly recommend this property.

The property was awesome. The view was absolutely breath taking. The neighborhood's proximity to various restaurants and shops made it highly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. However, we encountered a slight inconvenience during rainfall, as the roads tended to flood, necessitating transportation to exit the neighborhood. Additionally, we noticed a presence of ants in the property, particularly in the dishwasher, on the counters, and in the kitchen area. While this could be bothersome initially, we gradually became accustomed to it over the course of a few days. Another matter of note is that the owner resides in close proximity to the villa. On one particular morning, we were somewhat startled to observe him walking around the pool area without prior notice. Other than that the trip was fantastic and would book again. The property manager was awesome! Always available for any questions we had. We would book again!

30th birthday Trip

This villa was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. I found this property on TikTok and I’m so glad I booked it. There were a total of 6 of us and it’s more than enough space. The master bedroom has the most gorgeous view & one of the other rooms has a really cool photo-op on their patio area. This villa is very close to the airport and close to a lot of the different restaurants/night life. Keep in mind, this is a condo so you there are people above you and on the other side of you but this wasn’t an issue for us. Just something to note, the pool is quite deep, we weren’t expecting the water to go up to our heads while being on our tippy toes but that was okay. Overall I would definitely recommend for a girls trip, couples trip or even a family vacation.

We have a great time in St Martin. We love the facility and we love the peacefulness of the location. The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Very lengthy review!!

This was a family trip and my family and I were hoping that our experience at this house would be wonderful, but it was not. Before arriving, the property manager reached out with information about where the house was located and what time we should check in. Although we were given location, we were never given the full address or the door code to get into the complex, so our driver had to continuously drive around and call the property manager to ask for that information. 15-20 minutes later the property manager came and introduced herself to us, let us know that the property had just been cleaned that day and that the cleaning lady would come every two days to make sure the house was cleaned for us. We acknowledged and thanked her for letting us onto the property earlier than the time they allowed folks to check-in! Soon after the property managed left, myself and my guests began to wipe down the counter tops in the kitchen and noticeably saw dirt coming off on our Clorox wipes, which indicated that the place was not fully cleaned that day. We experienced an infestation of ants and saw a humongous cockroach crawling inside of the property while we were there. The cleaning lady never came to clean until the last day that we were there. The microwave did not work properly, the coffee maker machine was disgustingly dirty and the espresso machine was broke.The property manager knew all of this and promised to have someone come and fix the these things, but no one ever came.

We enjoyed the visit as a graduation trip for my son graduating from college. It was a beautiful week. The property is amazing and having the pool to come back to each afternoon was a gamechanger. Just WOW

This property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing. The pictures are spot on for this property and we are booking again in the coming months! I was a little worried that sometimes you aren’t sure what you are booking but this was amazingly perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Fun and sunny

Our arrival process was great. I texted Stacey the property manager and the communication was great. It was a beautiful property. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset. It was like we were on a ship in the ocean! Enjoyed seeing the airplanes coming in also. They were not loud. The beds were comfortable also.
