The Space:
The Peachy Dream is one of our beautifully appointed, and inviting mid-century modern guest homes. Nearby are abundant choicesâfrom fantastic restaurants to boutique shopping, live music, and outdoor activities. Come home to a tranquil space in Travis Heights after exploring fun-filled, friendly Austin.
SWEET DREAMS Both artfully designed bedrooms feature Queen-Size Beds, Eco-friendly Memory Foam Mattresses, and High-Quality Linens. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, ample storage space, and designer fixtures. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
CHEF'S KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen features a gas oven and hood, dishwasher, disposal, coffee grinder, coffee makers, toaster, and blender. The Galley-style kitchen with a 'waterfall' island opens to the living room so you can cook along as you watch the Food Network on the ROKU TV.
TRAVELLING WITH A PET? Please review house rules > Additional rules prior to booking. Please confirm if you will be traveling with a pet (including certified assistance animals) in your booking message. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night, will be requested separately, within 7 days of your check-in date.
This is NOT a fully fenced yard.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. Thereâs free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin.
Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request with a minimal fee.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Dogs only, sorry no puppies or cats. Two dogs max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. Pet fee is requested once boking is already confirmed.
Interaction with Guests:
Itâs self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
Youâll have complete privacy during your stay, but weâre available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
