This Shoreham retreat offers spacious ground-floor living with an open-plan dining and lounge area, wood fire, games space, and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a large bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, office, and two bedroomsâone with an ensuite and another with pool access.
Upstairs features two Queen bedrooms, a walk-through WIR, powder room, and a balcony. The private pool area with a BBQ, lounge, and spa provides the perfect space to unwind. Ideally located just 15 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from Point Leo Estate, with shopping options in Flinders, Red Hill, and Balnarring.
Sleeps 10, 6 Adults and 4 Children; Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.
Ground Level
Room 1: Queen with ensuite shower and toilet
Room 2: Two single bunks sleep, children
Bathroom with bath (non-working spa jets) with shower opposite, plus separate powder room.
Upper Floor
Room 3: Queen (own separate room)
Room 4: Queen - positioned in an open plan space at the top of the stairs.
The walk-in robe is shared, and a separate powder room is available.
