While the cottage is small, it didn't feel small. I was able to make a roast in the small oven with no problem and loved the convenience of the washer and dryer in the cottage. The bed was very comfortable and the two ceiling fans offered enough air that, even without an air conditioner (I'm from Texas so the fact that there was no AC was worrisome) I was very comfortable in the cottage. There was parking in the back and side of the cottage which was very convenient. I would definitely

Note: no dishwasher. Ants in the kitchen. Unclear which trash can outside goes with the property. No soap or body wash in the shower. No washcloths available. Washer/dryer seemed to work well. Rear unit of a 3 unit property. Front yard neighbors were quiet but friendly. A bit of noise in the back alley. But not too bad.

Thank you for the feedback and for noting that the washer/dryer worked well. We're sorry about the ants in the kitchen and have set out traps to take care of that. The listing doesn't include a dishwasher among its amenities, so we want to make sure that's clear for future guests. We do stock courtesy soaps in the unit and will have our cleaner make sure they're set out along with extra washcloths going forward. Glad to hear the neighbors were friendly and the noise from the alley was manageable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

It was close to where family lived so it was convenient for travel. It was nice having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was usable so it made it convenient to have meals in.

Would stay again

Small, but clean in a good neighborhood. Pet friendly, with a yard for running around. Property is a tri plex with 3 cottages sharing one yard. We did accidently park in the wrong spot on the first day and the long term tenant next door pounded on our door at 1am to get us to move. Other than that it was a great stay.

Strange rental

We ended up staying somewhere else. Overall the property weird and uncared for, and we didn’t feel particularly safe. There was an R/V parked a few feet from the rental and if you were to stay here, that would be your view while using the kitchen or making coffee. There was also a selection of expired food in the pantry. No thanks.

Just Enough

Nicer area close to the dome! Not enough coffee but plenty of clean towels and blankets! Couldn’t find resources to use fire pit but the Neighbors are quiet! Over all the shower is hot, the kitchen is clean, the bed is comfortable and its overall price to value was worth it! We came for state wrestling for 4 days and this made for a perfect hiding place!!! There is a small tiny ant problem but we didn’t mind. Also almost forgot but the living room couch doesn’t come up to a full bed! So accidentally it’s sleeps 3 without a blowup bed but we made it work!

Corporate greed strikes again!

We left two nights early because of having to fight ants from the first night. The place smelled of dogs so strongly we had to open all the windows to air it out. The kitchen cabinets were filthy underneath the dishes so we hand washed everything we touched. The doors underneath the sink almost fell off when i opened them. The house seems to be used regularly but not cleaned well often. I would give a zero rating if I could and would definitely like a partial refund!
