In the online material we judged that this property would suit our needs. What we experienced was the perfect cottage for us. Everything was done extremely well for accommodating a couple with a pet and it even had enough room for us to host our grandchildren, who live locally, for an evening. A primary consideration for us was proximity to the beach. It was closer than I expected- so easy to get to with some nice beach paraphernalia in the shed. We would definitely stay here again!

A charming bungalow one block from the beach! Perfect for my husband and me. A wonderful screened porch - you could hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze. A small kitchen, but well stocked with everything to cook at home. The place had everything needed for a home away from home. And, a perfect yard for our dog, she just loved it! Close to center street yet far away from the main crowds. Host was very responsive and proactively sent messages to check in. We'll be back!

Perfect location! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We typically stay close to the Main Street but this time decided to stay further away and it was perfect. So quiet and peaceful. The backyard and screened in porch was great.

Sweet little house that is so cozy and comfortable it feels like home. It is exactly as pictured and it really is that adorable. It is a very short walk to the beach. The back yard is fenced in for pets or small children to play. The back screened-in porch is so relaxing. The rental company does a fantastic job of communicating and making sure you have everything you need. We loved it here!

Perfect Getaway for Our Small Family

Great for Couples

Stayed here for a weekend vacation, and it was perfectly sized for the wife and I. Loved the property and the price, but our only concern is that the shower floor gets very slick!

Perfect for our getaway.

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I. Very short walk to the beach. Great area of town. Loved breakfast on the screened-in porch every morning. House look exactly as shown in the photos. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage

We stayed four nights in this beautiful little beach house and it was perfect in every aspect of our needs. Loved the screened in porch and fenced in backyard for your dog, he enjoyed the stay just as much as we did! We can’t wait to come back for warmer weather and Folly beach!!!
