L'un des meilleurs de Folly! Ce chalet de plage classique, entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et confortable est Ă  seulement deux minutes Ă  pied de l'ocĂ©an Atlantique! Ce chalet 1 chambre avec lit queen et 1 salle de bain a un lit de repos dans le salon afin qu'il puisse accueillir jusqu'Ă  trois personnes, mais c'est aussi le couple parfait pour s'Ă©vader. Un ancien vitrail surdimensionnĂ© dans la chambre ajoute du romantisme Ă  ce charmant bungalow. Sea Glass est situĂ© dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme Ă  seulement six pĂątĂ©s de maisons des restaurants de la rue Centre, de la vie nocturne et de la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche. Il y a une zone de grillades et une laverie sur place. Le chalet dispose Ă©galement d'une vĂ©randa privĂ©e.

Les chiens traités aux puces bien élevés peuvent vous accompagner avec des frais d'approbation et pour animaux de compagnie.

Perfect pet friendly cottage

Great location near beach and bark park. A little of a walk into the main rd and restaurant's but definitely possible. Charming cottage and well appointed. I would stay again!

Cozy cottage so close to the beach

Sea glass cottage was a great little place that allowed us to enjoy vibe of Folly Beach. Walking distance to both the beach and local restaurants, while still quiet and allowing for a relaxing retreat. Will definitely be back!

Beach Cottage

Loved this cottage getaway. It had everything you would need. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was within walking distance to shops, the beach,restaurants and more. Also recommend going downtown to eat at Chubby Fish and have a glass of wine at the Tippling House. Love all the charm of Charleston.

Cozy cottage, perfect for a couple or small family. Easy walk to the beach, short drive or walk to restaurants and shops. Not the fanciest, but full of character. Just what you want on Folly!

A Folly Favorite

We have stayed in many different cottages at Folly over the years, and we would rate Sea Glass as one of our favorites. Great location, nicely appointed, comfortable bed, relaxing front porch. We did have a noisy plumbing problem the first night we stayed, but Folly Best Rentals maintenance was at the unit the next morning to fix it. If all you need is a one bedroom unit, Sea Glass is a winner

Perfect Getaway

We came to Charleston for some medical testing at MUSC but wanted to offset with a short vacation. This property was perfect. It was awesome that we could bring the dogs with us and it was a very quick walk to the ocean. It was very cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing we would have changed was the queen bed was very creaky and not very comfortable. Being there for medical reasons, it would have been nice to have a more comfortable bed. We ended up sleeping separately on the couch and day bed so we could be more comfortable and have the TV on. If the mattress was changed, we would stay again in a heartbeat. We LOVED the location and property.

Cute and convenient

Cute, clean pet friendly cottage conveniently located near down town and quick access to the beach. Small AC unit, but did the job well. If you prefer a cooler room to sleep in, I would recommend bringing an extra portable fan for the bedroom. Also, there were not any covers on the couch cushions, which could be due to potential damage from pets, so I would recommend bringing a few extra blankets or sheets to protect the couch. Overall, a wonderful, cozy stay.

Clean, Renovated, Comfortable Space

We were here for a short trip, just two nights, but we really enjoyed our stay. The property highlights include a very nice, new shower, a super comfortable bed, cable TV, wifi, and a screened in porch. We also took advantage of the beach cart with umbrella, chairs, and cooler. There is also an outside shower to rinse off before coming inside. We didn't have a car, and the roads in Folly Beach were not well lit to walk or bike along at night so we took ubers when they were available. Otherwise, we would have liked to bike during the day, but all the rental companies were sold out. I would recommend calling ahead to have bikes delivered if you will be there a week. Beautiful beach and fun bars and restaurants!

Very clean and cozy as advertised. Nice location to the beach ( a couple of blocks to public access walk), tho a little more distant to Center Street than I expected after reading the other reviews. After dark, especially, I would recommend driving car or golf cart. Excellent communication btwn hosts/caretakers and renters. Plenty of bedding/blankets, seating. Complimentary coffee and wine a nice touch and appreciated. Living area could be reconfigured to provide a more spacious couch (as opposed to loveseat) and I would recommend a TV enabled with Netflix/Amazon or Apple so renters could use their own accounts and view shows/movies using these apps. We were not there in "beach weather," so did not avail ourselves of outdoor shower, grill, beach cart or laundry services, but all were easy to find and I'm sure are useful during the beach season. Easy check in/check out. Recommend Sea Glass Cottage for a couple. Thank you!

We stayed at this property in May 2025 and again in Sept 2025. It needs some maintenance, air conditioner went out on us, screen around the door needs repair to keep bugs out, and spiders were frequently found in the bedroom.

Birthday getaway

This was our first time at Folly Beach, the cottage was as described, perfect size for two of us and our dog. Very clean inside and out, the property managers checked on us on our first day, very nice and polite. We went on tours during the day, walked the beach in the afternoon/ sometimes at night. The cottage is only a 20 minute drive to Charleston, and many other historic sights! We enjoyed ourselves, loved the Sea Glass Cottage!

Close to the beach.

We enjoyed our nice walks to the beach and the neighborhood. It was about 6 blocks to walk to shopping and eating. We found parking that worked out nicely for us.

Great weekend getaway

Cute cottage- great location to beach access- hot shower. Front porch was charming but Could use some wood and screen replacement/ it's the beach, weather is brutal on wood. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Easy, Cozy Stay

Everything at property represented as is in listing. Appreciated that we could bring our dogs and property was able to accommodate a last minute early checkin for added fee. Rules/instructions were straight forward and house had everything we needed to make a rainy stay comfy and cozy. We loved the little town of Folly. We have family in Charleston so this was close enough to be able to participate in the functions we travelled for but far enough away to feel like we had our own getaway. My only complaint, truly, was the shower. The pressure was low and the temperature kept changing from hot to cold on its own. But I don’t personally book properties based on the shower, but just in case anyone reading this does

Perfect location!

This beach cottage was as listed and in the perfect location! Easy walking to town, the beach and easy to access downtown Charleston. I enjoyed staying in this cottage, however upon arrival there were several air fresheners that were extremely strong. For medical reasons, I cannot have intense smells. I reached out to the property manager who told me they did not have air fresheners in the house, yet I found 4 hidden. I wish they had been honest upfront. Otherwise, amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Small cottage hide-away

Great location. Close to beach access and the town center, yet quiet with less traffic. Cottage has all amenities one could ask for. Most enjoyable stay.
