If you have kids this place was amazing! We loved everything about the house and the quick communication when we needed something to be fixedWe did have a lot of issues with the gate entry cards. Every time we tried to enter our cards never worked. We were finally directed to the resort for help and it was finally resolved .

Great house! All the different arcade games were fun. The movie room was amazing! The pool was so relaxing. Had problem with hot tub getting to right temperature and tech sent out right away to fix. Worked great from then on. Our family loved the house/pool and the community pool and lazy river were all awesome. Would definitely recommend this home for kids and family gatherings

Definitely coming back! The house was amazing! I traveled with small kids and big kids and the house accommodated everyone perfectly. The house looks even better than the pictures! Make sure you get the pool heat it was perfect! Keith and the property manager was very responsive when I did have a question. The only problem was I needed to stay an extra day because no one was ready to leave. It was really that great! 10/10! There is no comparison with any other villa!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. We did have an issue with one of the car games that got corrected that same day and we also had an issue with the projector which the same mechanic worked on that same day and went out and bought a brand new projector because the lightbulb burnt out.I gotta say the response to our call was fantastic. The pool at the house as well as the resort was perfect for the kids.We were able to have a big family dinner with the extra long, beautiful dining table and we enjoyed watching movies together and playing games. There were endless things for all of us to do.We will definitely stay again.Thank you!

The house was well laid out and the splash pad and community pool area was a highlight. Game room and kids rooms were super cool - the kids 12months - 12 years old had a great time This is is a VERY tight neighborhood- you can carry on a conversation with three different neighbors from the pool. With this comes the music that everyone has different tastes in - so we had gangster rap to the right and country to the left - both of which had lyrics I’d prefer my grandkids not hear. Good news is the house is well insulated so no noise while inside. The owner was very responsive to a few questions we had and minor concerns (baby gate and outdoor TV projected screen) House was clean - but I would have liked some general cleaning supplies and more than one dish towel to keep everything tidy during our stay. Overall - the kids loved it and had an amazing time at the house with the game room. If you don’t mind close neighbors - you will enjoy your stay.

Beautiful home! So spacious, with nearly every amenity we could think of. The gaming room was awesome and provided hour of entertainment. The movie theater room was great, with tons of seating. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Family Friendly Rental

We had a large group of all ages stay here for a week and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The staff was very responsive too.
