Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear your family enjoyed the home’s space and made great memories. However, we truly apologize for the frustrations you experienced. This is not the common experience our guests have, and we understand how these concerns can impact a vacation. Our team makes every effort to reach out to guests throughout their stay to provide support and address any concerns. In this case, we did offer to have our team come out to assist with the items you reported. We received your response that your guests did not need anyone to come out during your stay, as these items were not significantly impacting your ability to enjoy the home. We respect that decision, while also taking your feedback seriously. We have since had our team address the areas appropriately to ensure no further issues. We are disappointed to hear about the security guard. This is not something we have heard about before, and we’re sorry you were made uncomfortable. We are the property management company for the home you reserved, not the resort, so we do not have control over their staff. However, we take this feedback very seriously and have reported it to the resort’s management. We want all guests to feel safe, respected, and comfortable throughout their stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and sincerely apologize for any frustrations caused. We hope for the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
