Enter the first floor foyer. The first floor has three of the homes four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds each and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have ductless split unit air conditioners. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower and a separate, conveniently located laundry room with washer/dryer. One of the twin bedrooms has a desk if you absolutely can't escape your office emails.

Stairs from the first floor foyer lead to the open and bright main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. Wonderful views, lovely furnishings and thoughtful decor create a warm and inviting space. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen smart TV with cable, WiFi and a ceiling fan. The dining room has a table with room for everyone. Just off the dining area is the nicely equipped kitchen with counter seating and stainless appliances including a dishwasher and solid surface range.

The home's fourth bedroom is on the second floor off the living room. This bedroom has a king bed and ductless split unit air conditioner. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Two sliders--one from the living room and one from the dining area open to the large deck--running the length of the house. Enjoy gorgeous, everchanging views of the tidal marsh and Loagy Bay from the main living area and deck--glorious sunsets too!

In addition to amazing views, the second story deck has two outdoor tables with chairs and umbrellas and a Weber gas grill. This is a wonderful spot for outdoor meals and relaxation. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower at the side of the house. Beach chairs, cooler, pails and some toys available for your use.

House is set on a lovely multi-acre wooded lot on a quiet street. Birdwatchers, pack your binoculars! Only 0.75 mi to bay beach (no parking). Just 2.5 mi to Lecount Hollow Beach or Marconi Beach, both on Wellfleet's oceanside. Pick up heavenly treats at PB Boulangerie or hope on the bike path at the Cape Cod Rail Trail trailhead--both a four-minute drive. Nine-minute drive to Wellfleet's bustling Main Street for shops, galleries and restaurants. Short drive to Wellfleet's other bay and ocean beaches and the beloved fresh water ponds, plus golfing, MA Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
