BED SIZE: K, Q, T, T

Really nice and spacious 3-bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms offering tub/shower

combination. This unit has an updated kitchen, with all your appliances

including full fridge, stove, oven, blender, toaster, and microwave. There is

a washer and dryer with iron and ironing board, tiled flooring, and newly

renovated bathrooms. Outside of the home has great views from the deck off the

living room and the deck off the Master bedroom. There are TV's in living room

and master bedroom with complimentary Wi-Fi. Beach Blanket sleeps up to 8

people; King in master bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and 2 twins in third

bedroom and includes top grade linens and plush towels for the bedrooms. Queen

sleeper sofa is in the living room for additional sleeping (there is an extra

$28 + tax fee for linens/towels for the sleeper sofa) or bring your own.

Parking for 2 cars under carport. Public beach access close to the complex.



The Ocean Dunes resort offers 3 outdoor pool options, use of the Clubhouse

which has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi hot-tub, men's and women's changing

rooms with showers and saunas, a work-out room with good equipment, tennis

court, basketball court, shuffleboard, and outdoor playground for young

children. The recreation center is open Sunday to Sunday 9am - 9pm for your

convenience. Outdoor pools are open 9am to dusk. Close to the aquarium and

Fort Fisher ferry entrance. Short 2 miles to center of Carolina Beach

boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping.

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the

nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to

Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. You can swim in

the pools or enjoy the ocean from the private access beach. Sleep in or get up

early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp

boats. Every week in the summer, you have front row seats to exciting

fireworks displays. There's activity on The Island year-round!

Clean property right on the beach

Great spot right on the beach. Easy walk to the water. Newer appliances. Everything worked as it should.

Condo

Even though there was a bump with our check-in, It was taken care of once we got in contact with reality and host. Being that close to the ocean was so relaxing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will book with them again.

Great beach getaway!

I highly recommend this property. Location is fantastic and the on-site amenities are great for rainy days and to break up the beach. We had a pipe burst in the condo that was immediately repaired and cleaned up my the property manager, who was also super kind and responsive. My only critique is that the property manager texted us the wrong address the day of so it took some time to actually find the condo. Would definitely stay there again!

The thing I enjoyed most was the location and the fact that I could sit on the deck and see the ocean. We were close enough that if my family was at the beach I could get their attention and talk to them. The other thing we liked was the covered pool that we used when we had too much sun but still wanted something to do. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. an

Small family vacation

Small family trip to get away from the craziness of the real world. Definitely enjoyed it. Only issue we had and it wasn’t even an issue is we thought the hot tub and indoor pool was connected to the place we was staying at. It wasn’t far at all but we looked for it that first evening and was at a lost. Then we found it all. No problem. Overall really great and would definitely plan a trip there again.

Great View

You cannot get a better view than from this place - literally right on the ocean, from a porch that has excellent shade. The amenities are also great - an outdoor pool right outside, an indoor pool (~2 block walk away), convenient beach access. The view generally makes up for the state of the rental itself, which was worn down. It was clean, but the the furniture and cabinetry are rickety and unstable. Everything felt like it was in need of a refresh. Also, if you are bringing small children, be forewarned that that there are no drain stops for the bathtubs - as the listing says: "showers only" (even though the pictures show a bathtub setup). Overall, we didn't spend too much time in the rental, just on the beach or in the pool, and it was very fun!

Old and stuffy

Nothing as listed .condo is in need of some serious updating . Nice pvt beach but if your older it is tough to climb up and down a sand dune . I found no playground, no hot tub , no workout area . The outdoor grills located in parking lot . The building was not the building I rented and had to wait for confirmation from realtor to find out which building we was in . For all the money spent I am not impressed. Actually left early . I’ll know better next time .

Thank you for your feedback! We will report back to the owner in recommending to update some items in the unit. The building was recently painted another color. The Ocean Dunes complex does offer 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, an indoor gym, an indoor hot tub, outdoor playground,etc. They are located near the Ocean Dunes Recreational Center. There are a few beach accesses in the complex for easy access to the beach. Guest are to use beach access and not climb over sand dunes in place to protect our homes. Thank you!
