Welcome to the beautiful Beach House condo with Ocean View, Bay View. With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. With enough room for 6 people, this condo is the perfect island getaway for you and your family to enjoy. A much more comfortable and economical setting than a hotel, this beautiful condo is ready with furniture, TVs, kitchen supplies, and everything you could dream of.

Spacious condo on the top corner of the building (Beach House I, #501). It has all the magnificent views: Ocean view, bay view, and island view. These views can be seen from your bedroom or balcony.

The Beach House complex is within convenient walking distance of the beach (100ft). Furthermore, two swimming pools, both big and clean, are waiting for you to jump in. Also includes one hot tub for a relaxing de-stress.

Wireless internet available inside the condo and in the complex as well.

Beach House Condominium is just like a resort. It is securely gated and therefore parking is sufficient. The community is quiet and relaxing. Also includes private access to the beach. A shower and hose is located conveniently near the gate to the beach for you to relieve yourself from pesky sandy grains when you come back from beach.

Beach chairs and swimming toys are stored in the closet for your enjoyment.

The Beach House Condominium consists of three buildings, all inside a securely gated area. It has two sparkling swimming pools and one relaxing hot tub. All are maintained excellently. You can see people relaxing and enjoying the benefits of a quiet community.

Great place to stay

Overall loved the location. The place was clean, had everything you needed. The only thing would be the kitchen faucet only had hot water.

Great place for beach

Very clean and quiet. Will stay here again. Only thing I can complain about is water pressure in shower was a little low, but that’s being picky. Very nice condo, clean pools, amazing views, and well maintained grounds.

Perfect Beach Vacay

I loved how spacious this property was! We spent most of our time on the beach but the view from the condo was excellent. We were able to walk to places for dinner and it is in a great location. We will be back for sure!

Great location

The condo has everything and more that you could want. Nice quality dishes and a few plastic. Some of the venetians needed repair and the owner offered to put in new ones that day.the new ones while we were there.

The view!

Overall this little place was perfect for our beach getaway! Only thing is the nonstick pans are not useable as they nonstick layer is damged which makes them unsafe to cook in. Highly recomend this perfect getaway spot! The beach access was amazing and the balcony view is to die for!

My parents and I had a great stay. It was clean, the views were great, quick walk to the beach. We highly appreciated the elevator. There was friendly staff and we couldn’t hear any of the neighbors. We definitely recommend. :)

Great family stay

The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room for eating, playing games, or hanging out. We had an issue with a clogged toilet that was handled immediately. The private beach access was great and the two pool were almost empty at all times which was nice when you have two energetic little kids. Highly recommend!

great property and location

There were 2 couples that stayed at the condo. Perfect property with a great beach and location to restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked. There are a few things that need updating which the owner is in the process of doing. Communication with Cecilia was awesome, she was great to work with. We will definitely stay at one of her condos at this location again.

Great vaca

This property has everything we needed. Ocean view was amazing. Plenty of space. Luggage cart since we were at 5th floor. All the beach tops, chairs, umbrellasand cooler we needed. That was a blessing done we flew in and didn't bring sny of that. Save money :) we would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Year!!!

Our family has stayed at all of Cecilia's properties on South Padre for the past 11 or 12 years. Cecilia does a phenomenal job of keeping her condos clean, repaired, and up to date with all the amenities anyone could ever need. If there ever was an issue Cecilia and Jesse were fast to take care of it to make sure our stay was pleasant and relaxing. We won't stay anywhere else when we go to SPI.
