- Wifi is available on the property, although not very good
- We have free-roaming farm animals and “Labradoodle” dogs on the property
- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Pets Policy
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests.
- As a respect to other non-dog loving guests – can you pick up after your pet.
- Pets are recommended to be kept on leash as livestock is present on the property
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after pet faeces. If extra cleaning is required – you will be billed for that.
- Pets are welcome. We ask that they stay off the furniture and are controlled so that they don't run around to other guests or bark at other dogs and farm animals
- This is a rural environment and not a manicured estate. We have plants, animals, and insects that can be dangerous to domestic animals. Please be aware of what your pets eats and sniffs and does. We recommend they be on a lead at all the times.
Safety Guidelines
- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property
Important note:

- Keep in mind that the property is surrounded by working farms and potential noise from neighbours mowing or working
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
