Tucked away within its own bushland glen, Ellendale provides guests with a private country escape, yet is located only a few minutes drive from the lovely villages of Kurmond and Kurrajong. Surrounded by green paddocks, towering eucalypts , and the sounds of nature, you will quickly find yourself captivated by this serene and peaceful retreat.

The home offers;
- Beautiful queen sized bedroom with generous storage and expansive paddock views.
- Main bathroom with shower over bathtub.
- Cosy lounge room with slow combustion fire, Smart TV and dining area.
- Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven + coffee pod machine.
- Reverse cycle air - conditioning and Wifi.
- Laundry with washing machine.

First floor-
- Light filled and generously proportioned retreat bedroom with king bed, private ensuite, walk in wardrobe and Reverse cycle air- conditioning.
- Dedicated study nook with desk, chair and lamp.
- Settle back in your private sitting room looking over the tree tops and beyond.

Outside you will find-
- A wide wrap around verandah with BBQ and outdoor dining and seating options.
- Fire pit for those cool evenings star gazing
- Parking for 2 cars

Things to note:
We endeavour to provide some firewood for your stay. Additional wood can be purchased a few minutes up the road at approximately $18 per bag.

Water for the property is collected via roof rain water. It is filtered however it is "not" clear due to the towering gum trees above. If you are uncomfortable with this please bring bottled water for drinking.

The property is situated in a quiet rural environment -No parties, functions or gatherings are permitted.
Guest numbers are as per your reservation only.

iRIS Property prides itself on providing Eco-friendly stays throughout the mountains. We endeavour to reduce our footprint by sourcing water via roof rainwater collection and recycling waste via onsite septic facilities.
Note - Full reservation payment is due seven days prior to check in. For the Christmas & Easter periods, full payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.
