Welcome to Island House 109

Experience the best of Hilton Head Island in this beautifully located first-floor villa, just a short stroll from the beach, Coligny Plaza, and the family-friendly Celebration Park. Conveniently situated just steps from the pool, this villa offers both comfort and accessibility for your vacation.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting open living space. The dining area features a table for four, with additional bench seating for two or three, perfect for family meals. Adjacent to the dining area, the cozy living room boasts a new sectional sofa (April 2024) and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio with outdoor seating for four and a gas grill, where you can relax while enjoying views of Hilton Head's lush natural surroundings.

The galley-style kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, and an alcove just off the kitchen houses a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with a spacious shower/tub combination. Down the hallway, you'll find a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed.

Explore the island with ease using the 64 miles of scenic bike trails that traverse Hilton Head. Various shuttle buses and golf cart services, with stops right outside Island House, provide convenient access to Coligny Plaza and other attractions. Don’t miss the charming Harbor Town, known for its historic lighthouse and summer music events under centuries-old oak trees. Historic Savannah, Georgia, is just a 45-minute drive away, offering a scenic journey via Highway 17.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

Parking: Please note, Island House allows a maximum of 2 cars per unit, as per the HOA guidelines.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location

The location of this property is amazing - 10 minutes walking (exactly) to the beach and less than 10 to Coligny for restaurants, shops, etc. The place is clean and comfortable and the AC is excellent. We spend our time biking and beaching, and like a comfortable place to crash and recharge. This condo 100% fit the bill.

Clean and spacious

The condo was very clean and ready to move in and enjoy our vacation! It was a great amount of space for 4 people, even included beach chairs and a wagon and is an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo

Clean, convenient, well equipped condo. The location is close to everything. Condo is neat and clean and has all you will need while there. This end unit allows for privacy while on the patio. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Great Getaway

This property is an absolute gem. A nice 5 min walk to the beach on sidewalks but far enough from the noise and traffic. The accommodations are very welcoming and comfortable. Pool is right outside the door along with a grill. Can’t say enough good things, truly enjoyed everything about it.

Well Maintained Unit

The unit was clean with good seating and bedroom set ups. The kitchen had ample kitchen utensils and there was a closet with beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to haul it to the beach (7-10 minute walk).

Hilton Head Getaway

The property was in a great location, easy to find, and very clean. We also chose this villa because they accept small pets. South Forest beach is about 8 mins walking distance. We went to Coligny Beach Park, it is about 10 mins walking distance, they have restrooms available here as well. As an FYI, the villa had a beach wagon and four beach chairs available, hotel size shampoo, soap and conditioner as well as dish soap. Bring your beach/pool towels. The pool was great, clean, and refreshing. The only negative I would say is that the main suite bed was a little too firm for us. Vacation time of Hilton Head personnel was pleasant to work with.

Homey Beach house with pool in our backyard!

We had a great stay! Very clean & plenty of space for me, my husband, 18 year old twin daughters & two small dogs. The pool was literally in our backyard- just a few quick steps away. You can walk to the beach & even Caligny Plaza or rent bikes. Great ground floor location for letting out dogs. Lots of kitchen supplies & extra beach chairs & beach wagon. Very homey. I wish we had stayed longer!

Great Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Villa was clean and everything we could have needed was available. Loved the use of the beach wagon and chairs! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping, which was perfect for us! The beach was also walking distance (1/4 mile) and an easy walk across the street and down the beach access walkway. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the master bed was very hard. We managed but definitely not the most comfortable. Also, the upstairs tenants were extremely loud at times. Honestly, we weren't there much as the weather was beautiful and we spent our time on the beach but there didn't seem to be much consideration in the early morning! Overall, very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you have small children or kids that like to go back and forth from the beach to the pool like mine do this one probably will not work. It was clean, and the pool is close and nice. The beach however, is a solid 12-15 minute walk. I think it was advertised as a block away. Well it’s the biggest block I’ve ever seen. The condo itself is nice. A little dated and little things not working properly. I think some of the units are long term stays for the staff there. Right above our condo was a large dog who barked non stop while the owner was gone. That made it almost impossible for little kids to nap and was quite annoying. Also you had to watch where you step too because of the dog. Aside from the ridiculous price, the beach being a good hike away and the non stop dog barking it was just, OK. Nothing special or super nice.
