RĂ©servez notre spacieuse villa acceptant les chiens Queens Grant, situĂ©e Ă  Palmetto Dunes. IdĂ©alement situĂ© sur l'Ăźle, Palmetto Dunes est Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces, du golf et du tennis. La plage est une balade Ă  vĂ©lo facile de Âœ mile; ou montez Ă  bord de la navette GRATUITE Palmetto «Dune's Buggy» qui circule d'avril Ă  septembre. La navette viendra vous chercher Ă  notre porte d'entrĂ©e et vous transportera non seulement Ă  la plage, mais aussi aux restaurants, aux boutiques et au marchĂ© de l'Ă©picerie. Facile et pratique.

Nous avons récemment ajouté 2 croiseurs de plage pour adultes GRATUITS pour votre usage.

Détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans la salle familiale qui contient un grand canapé, des chaises rembourrées, une télévision connectée de 102 cm et le WIFI gratuit. Nous avons également inclus des jeux de société et des puzzles.

La cuisine a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e avec des comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires, des appareils en acier inoxydable ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse Ă  chargement frontal. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ© avec de nombreux nouveaux plats, casseroles, poĂȘles et tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin.

La luxueuse chambre principale dispose d'un matelas king-size Tempur-Pedic et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision murale Ă  Ă©cran plat. L'accĂšs du maĂźtre Ă  la terrasse surdimensionnĂ©e prĂ©sente un chĂȘne de 350 ans qui fournit de l'ombre en cas de besoin.
Le pont surplombe un lagon, une fontaine et la faune pour votre plus grand plaisir. Il dispose d'un barbecue Ă  gaz et de nombreux siĂšges.

La deuxiÚme chambre comprend un lit double et un lit queen-size, ainsi qu'une télévision murale à écran plat. Notre villa peut accueillir 5 personnes.

Les améliorations apportées à la salle de bain comprennent une douche carrelée personnalisée avec une «pomme de douche» de pluie.

Une douche extérieure est située dans la zone de service pour laver ces pieds de sable.

Il y a 5 piscines situĂ©es Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de Queens Grant, et vous ĂȘtes libre d'utiliser l'une d'entre elles.

Shelter Cove, qui se trouve à une courte distance en vélo de Palmetto Dunes, présente HarbourFest, un événement familial, qui a lieu tous les soirs de la mi-juin à la mi-août, et l'entrée est gratuite.

Clean and comfortable, this was a great home to spend a week. Location is convenient to walk everywhere in Palmetto Dunes. Fully stocked kitchen made dinner preparation easy. Highly recommend this Queens Grant villa.

Great place to stay! 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the general store, we enjoyed riding the free cruiser bikes down the beach and around the neighborhood. The whole area is very quiet, safe, well kept, and peaceful. We loved sitting out on the back deck looking out to the pond. Our dog felt right at home too! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owners were great too- we had trouble getting into the house at first, and the owners had fixed it within 10 minutes! The house very clean and homey feeling. We stayed for a week and the only negative thing I can say was there was only 1 trash bag, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher pods. As someone who does laundry daily we ran out quick and had to go to the store for all the basics we thought a rental should have supplied when a guest is staying for 7 nights. Nonetheless the property was great for us and we would likely stay here again if we ever return to Hilton head island! Just wish we would’ve had a heads up on the supplies so we could have stocked up before arriving.

Our stay at this beautiful pet-friendly villa could not have been more perfect. You can tell when entering how much care, love, and detail has gone into making sure all guests are having all their needs met. From the well-stocked kitchen, cleanliness, comfortable beds and furniture to the amazing shaded large deck, our stay was a 10/10. Would definitely stay here again, and the owners are extremely responsive. Excellent Palmetto Dunes location, close to beach, restaurants and walking/biking trails. Excellent!

Great Condo with a View

Condo was furnished perfectly. Decor was perfect for a coastal vibe. Outdoor deck was completely shaded by a Live Oak with Spanish Moss, which is exactly what you want when visiting the Low Country. View of the pond and wildlife was nice and the pool was very close. Will book again.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the best stay in Hilton Head we’ve had. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room everything you need at your finger tips. Washer and dryer always a plus, games to play and the best patio/deck in Queens Grant with a huge tree that shades the whole deck. Our Great Dane Benson and our handicapped son loved hanging out on the deck, it overlooks a pond with a waterfall so peaceful to sit out there and have your morning coffee and breakfast. The owners of the unit are very responsive if you need anything!!Cannot wait to visit againThank you for all the memories and the beautiful place to stay.The Young’sCarla, Charlie, Nick and Benson

Very Nice Condo for 2 and a pet. Clean with all of the conveniences needed. Would stay here again. Sitting on the deck was very relaxing. Always was in the shade. A nice easy bike ride to the beach. Pool was next door to the condo.

Really nice villa

Stayed here for the first time, with our 2 small dogs. Had some difficulty opening the front door with the provided code, but called the owner and problem was quickly solved. The villa is beautiful, beachy, and spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked, and we did cook some dinners there. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect. Best part is the beautiful deck, and the railing and gate made it a great place to enjoy with our dogs. The only issue we had is the fault of Mother Nature, not the owners. It's apparently the seasonal invasion of caterpillars on the live oaks, and they were attracted to my husband, constantly falling and crawling on him. Turns out he's extremely sensitive to their secretions, and ended up needing a steroid shot and Rx for his rash and welts. So, no more visits in April, but we will return!! Overall, a very good stay.

Family vacation

Loved every bit of this place! Beautiful and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Kids loved the pool. We did walk around to find our favorite pool as there is more than one available to use. Loved that they provided two adult bikes. We only needed to rent bikes for the kids. Great place to stay!!!!

Very dark inside and they have a lock on thermostat so can not heat up unit in cold weather. Bike’s could use a tune up. Nicely designed and furniture is great.

Another Fabulous Stay

This was our 3rd time staying at Gary and Denise's Villa and it was by far, our best. There were some new upgrades, most notably the new furniture in the living room and remodeled bathroom. This really brightened up the villa. The location and close proximity to the beach and shops is unmatched. We definitely recommend this villa to anyone, especially if you're traveling with dogs.

Perfect Dog Friendly Vacation

Everything was wonderful, the condo was clean and comfortable! Perfect place for me, my husband, daughter and our golden retriever! The beach is not too far, we walked a few times giving our dog a chance to explore. It’s a mostly shaded walk, would be an easy bike ride too. We slept great, enjoyed movie nights from the comfy couch, and the kitchen was well equipped for fixing several meals at the condo. The pictures are a great representation of the unit, it is clean, updated, quality furniture, and a beautiful deck viewing the lagoon! Owner was wonderful with communication, a trash pickup had not happened for our area prior to arrival as well as the start of the week and he was very proactive in handling the situation. He reached out to us asking about it and trying to get it resolved. Had we had any concerns I have no doubt they would have been handled. The comment that this was the best beach vacation and nicest condo was said several times throughout the week! We have had other great experiences in Palmetto Dunes and even Queens Grant, but this Condo stands out as being perfect for our family! We finally found our favorite place! We are already talking about booking it for next summer!

Wonderful place!

This was our fourth time and we will be back next year! The villa is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and everything we would need in the kitchen. The location is perfect and we walked our dog to the beach most mornings. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and relaxing when we weren't playing pickleball or golfing!

Oh that deck!

This is a great condo for dog friendly people! Right outside the front deck are people walking their dogs, bike riders, and lots of other action! There is an amazing live oak tree right in the middle of the deck and it provides tons of shade! It over looks a lovely lagoon that is home to many turtles, 2 ducks, birds, and an occasional alligator! The inside is cozy and clean and met all of our needs. We had a great stay here, and really enjoyed the whole community!

Nice villa

We had a fantastic stay. The bed was very comfortable and the villa was clean. I enjoyed the kitchen, it was very well equipped. Communication with Gary was very fast. There was a small issue with the washer that he contacted us about when we moved in, he had someone out the next day to fix it. The bikes were very much appreciated as that’s one of our favorite things to do on HHI. Villa is quiet and close to stores, restaurants and the beach. We would return to this villa in the future.

Thumbs up!

Ideal location in the resort and on HHI We were right around the corner from golf, beach and restaurants. I walked all the time with my little dog and he had enjoyed everything about the location! Large Deck is the best one in Queens Grant it is enclosed with a large beautiful live oak tree built into the deck you can see it from the bedroom sliding glass doors. View of the large lagoon with a water fountain. The furniture is really nice and above average for any rental out there. Spacious living room and master. Owner took care of our questions etc.. very nice and you can tell they care about their rental and your stay. Thumbs up I would stay again if it works out with availability.

We have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island since 2010 and love it so much that we even came here on our honeymoon. We always felt that one day we would find a place of our own, here on the island, that we could share with others. We are excited that we finally have it.

Our villa features a large, open floor plan, with tile floors throughout. The oversized, gated deck, which overlooks the lagoon, is shaded by a large oak tree and is perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day, or enjoying your morning cup of coffee.
As "hands-on" owners, we personally manage our property to give you personal service. When you have a question or issue, you can call us directly, at any time, and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. We do not use an outside management company, as most people do.
