Pet friendly two Bedroom house, located close the the beach and main street!

This beautiful weatherboard home is ideally positioned on the eastern side of town with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Nambucca Heads. Shops, cafes, clubs, schools and the CBD area are all close by.

Upon entering the property you are greeted by the large front porch, perfect for enjoying the cool sea breeze on a sunny afternoon. The combined living/dining area is flooded with great natural light and this flows into the well appointed galley-style kitchen, including dishwasher. The property features timber floorboards throughout. Situated on a corner block with double garage and fully fenced back and front yards perfect for pets.

- Weekly bookings only during school holidays
- 3 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons
- Toiletries are NOT provided, please bring your own products, for example soap, shampoo, spare toilet paper etc.

Fantastic property that met all our needs. Excellent dog friendly house with secure yard and plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very clean and well maintained. We had to secure accomodation whilst our home was being renovated, this property allowed us to take our dog, while husband continued working remotely and daughter and I had a wonderful time exploring the beaches.

Fence/ gate could be more secure for pets Small dust pan and brush would be handy Need a vegetable grater for kitchen I have left a vegetable peeler which I purchased Street name was printed wrong on advertising

Practical and convenient

Nice and convenient place central to walk to lookouts, main beach and Shelly beach. Great for the dogs to stay with us and fenced yard. Handy to have a laundry and detergent to use. Couldn’t access wifi (no instructions found and couldn’t get in touch with agent to ask). Some cutlery still had food on it. No air-con but fans provided.

Good Pet Friendly Accommodation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation was perfect if you have pets with a large backyard for them to run around in. The home had everything you need for your stay, bed was comfortable, home was clean and tidy and kitchen had the basics. The home was in good location with shops nearby. Check in was easy and communication with the real estate was excellent. I had asked for the grass to be cut snd this was attended to as quick as possible. I would suggest placing a screen door on the back door as it was not able yo be left open due to flies coming in. I would suggest some air conditioning be installed as the age of the home does not have any insulation in the walls making the home quite warm inside even with fans. At times, it was unpleasant especially with the high humidity experienced during our stay. Overall, the home was fine for what we needed as we were travelling north and wanted to stop in Nambucca Heads for a few days.

Reviewer Comments: Plenty of backyard space for my dogs, and loved the fact that there was a second gate on the verandah so dogs could be outside and secure, but separate from the backyard and any possible escape attempts. A tip for people staying with pets would be to have some little padlocks for extra security, so no one walking past can open the gates and potentially let dogs out. While staying we had a fair few bugs, including ants all over the kitchen. I'd also have hoped the place would be a little cleaner.Also I would recommend replacing the chairs on the balcony at the back, as 3 out of 4 were broken in some way, which was disappointing because it would have been nice to sit out there in the sunshine.Overall it was a nice place, especially if you have pets.

Sept 22 holidays

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and clean. Everything you needed was there. The kids loved that netflix was available. Short drive to the beach as it rained the whole time however we could have easily walked. The only thing I could suggest is a 2nd pillow on the main bed and maybe looking to screen the toilet as we found heaps of bugs especially mozzie liked to come through the gaps of the lovers but they didn't bother us.Loved the little verandah out the front. The owners have done a great job of decorating and keeping this home up to date.
