Three bedroom older style house with spectacular views of the Nambucca River & Pacific Ocean. Spacious lounge/dining and also separate formal dining area. New spacious kitchen. Three large bedrooms comprising two double & Two singles. Bathroom with shower recess, and bath. Separate toilet. Nice sunroom to take in the afternoon sun. Double lock up garage. BBQ, A/C. External Laundry. Great location being only a short walk to shops, beaches and restaurants.

- Weekly bookings only during school holidays
- 3 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons
- Strictly NO PETS allowed at property.

The view from the balcony was stunning and the property very clean with everything you need. The house is old style and reminded me of my childhood. Very nostalgic!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to find and book the property. Property was generally as expected but not a 'short' walk to shops, beaches and restaurants. Excellent view. Property was clean (except for laundry), linen was provided, amenties and items included a full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning and double garage. Some maintenance needed was for window locks and Bedroom fly screens to enable openning without bugs. The balcony railing needs replacing.

I really enjoyed Bakelite (ask your grandfather) door handles ,ceiling conice mouldings etc. don’t go here if your are looking for a flash toilette (only1) but do go for awesome views and quiet holiday. Aircon in the front room was a life saver on stinking hot days and fans were adequate for hot nights.

Fantastic Stay at Nambucca !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at The Outlook. Like stepping back in time to a family beach house from days past. Huge bedrooms with comfortable beds, multiple living spaces, terrific kitchen. Being able to lock our boat up in the garage was wonderful. Only a two minute drive down to the boat ramp, cafes and shops. So convenient. We will definitely return !

Reviewer Comments: Although this 1950's home was comfortable and reasonably clean, it was sad to see that the building badly needs a lot of TLC. The garden needed a big clean up as access to the external laundry and the garage, was restricted by overgrown plants.Roberts were very helpful with a couple of maintenance problems. The view was fantastic. Overall 7/10.

Lovely holiday house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing views of the river greet you upon arrival and we enjoyed watching the beauty of the changing tidal landscape. It's a perfect location for a beach escape. Unfortunately communication issues between the owner and the agent meant that we discovered upon arrival that the house had not been cleaned. We were unable to check in till 5pm, impacting our plans for the remainder of the day. It appeared the kitchen had been somewhat overlooked and the first thing I had to do was clean out cutlery drawers, shelves and all plates etc. Not a wonderful start. Who leaves a house like that?! We are still waiting for a response from the owner..

Enjoyed our stay in Nambucca

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Outlook was very comfortable. Fabulous views. Close to shopping. Reasonably clean and a lot more inclusions than expected. Plenty of kitchen utensils/crockery. Some basic groceries were available and cleaning products left behind. The house was spacious and well presented. The TV is a smart Tv which we only noticed on our last day so didn't take advantage of the other channels available. The Fridge is modern. There is only one toilet, but it is separate from the bathroom. The laundry can only be accessed from outside down some back stairs. But t is well equipped with newish washing machine and dryer.
