Important Information

✓ Muskoka chairs and the fire pit are available year-round, weather permitting
✓ Guests must review and agree to house rules
✓ A valid ID and signed rental agreement are required before key codes are provided
✓ A security deposit may be required, subject to verification
✓ Guests are responsible for removing all garbage and recycling upon checkout
✓ Optional garbage removal is available for a $150 fee (must be arranged in advance)
✓ Most transfer stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays
