Images showing a lakefront house represent the owner’s home, which is part of British Columbia compliance requirements. Guest accommodations are located nearby, with lake access just a short walk away. A luxurious carriage home on a great beachfront property, situated on Skaha Lake. One step to Skaha Park where you would find a marina, kids water park, beach volleyball, & basketball.

2 bedrooms w/ deluxe queen beds, one bathroom w/ a shower, washer/dryer, kitchen, oven, fridge, dishwasher, & microwave. The living room has a pullout couch that could sleep two.
Parking next to the unit. You'll have access to a Therapeutic Jacuzzi that overlooks the lake. Also a custom made 14 foot DELUXE Outdoor Kitchen with Double Bbq, fridge and Ice Machine. Access also to a private 90 foot sandy beach complete with a 140 foot registered private dock with a free use of Canoes, Kayak, Paddle Boat, and Stand Up Boards.

A beautiful property on Lake Skaha, well thought-out with 3 dwellings in front of the main home. Each seemed to have two apartments for guests. The shared lake front area is great, with boats and kayaks and paddle boards, hot tub and a lovely dock. Fridges with cold drinks which the kids loved. Close to skaha lake park and downtown about 15 min away. Nice park next door and lovely walkway along the beach.

We were a family of 6 adults and were offered an upgrade a few days prior. We stayed in the Palawan suite. The room was new, larger, had a balcony and a garage which was great. We were there for a wedding so not a lot of time to enjoy the property but some did get out on the paddle boards and use the hot tub. Location was great! Dragon boat pub and the Skaha beach park walking distance away. We used the pickleball courts also. Went to the funky winery just up the hill called Crescent Hill. A great family vacation. We’d love to come back in the summer.

This was a great place to stay. Close to the beach and town, clean, very friendly on site staff. Property was quiet. Easy access to the waterfront and hot tub which we used a lot. No lake view from the actual apartment. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property. The house was spotless and had all the amenities of home, which made it very comfortable and easy to settle in. The facility manager and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay.The space itself was very spacious and perfectly located right on the water. One of our favorite parts was having beautiful walking and hiking trails literally right outside the front door. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We will absolutely stay here again.

The facility is perfect for a lake-beach themed vacation. It essentially provides you with your own private dock and beach area. Modern interior with very nice appliances and furnishings.Location could not get any better. Next door is a marina with a pub and aboat launch. Next door to that is a beautiful public beach. Here there is a splash park and playground for kids. This place is ideal for adults as well as kids. The water was shallow so we were able to have our 36 yo feel comfortable walking out in the water quite far, but deep enough to accommodate boats and activities.The host lives on the property. He is more than happy to make sure your stay is enjoyable. He is present enough to help you out or answer questions, but not to close to make you feel like you’re invading his place. The suites are separated from his house just right. The cleaning staff is NOT the host. They do an alright job, but could do better. Even when you politely bring forward a valid issue they aren’t that interested in resolving it. Bring your own mop.10/10 for the host10/10 for the facility5/10 for the cleaning staff

Thank you for your feedback and for your positive comments about our property, location, amenities, and host. We would like to provide some context regarding the cleaning concerns. Your stay took place during a period of significant wildfire smoke, ash, and fine dust in the Okanagan. These conditions affected the entire property, including our other suites, and fine dust could settle again shortly after cleaning. As a short-term vacation rental, daily housekeeping is not normally included. However, during your stay, our cleaning team went beyond their regular duties and assisted with cleaning the unit and flooring on a daily basis in an effort to accommodate your requests and keep the space comfortable. We were therefore disappointed to read that our team appeared uninterested in addressing your concerns, as they made additional efforts throughout your stay specifically because of the unusual wildfire conditions. For clarification, the service charge is not a daily housekeeping fee. It supports the overall guest experience, property operations, and amenities available during the stay. We value all guest feedback and will continue working to maintain the high standards we strive to provide. Thank you again for staying with Skaha Suites.

We stay in Skaha or Penticton at least once a year and this place is by far our favourite! From the proximity to the bluffs, to the hot tub, to the beautifully appointed suite, and lots of added special touches; this place has it all!
