Our stay was wonderful. Easy check-in. We didn't use the kitchen. We chose to go out for our meals. But the kitchen is fully stocked. All you need are your clothes and a few groceries. The view is gorgeous i will be booking this house again

We had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely beautiful!! Close enough to town to go and do things but far out enough to enjoy the scenery. Was our 1 year anniversary so had a nice relaxing time on the deck overlooking the river!

Spring break with the family

We had a great time everything was really close and lots of nature the hot tub and river were nice especially at sunset the house had everything we would recommend to purple cow restaurant and the gardens were beautiful tons of waterfalls and flowers. The owner was very nice and responsive had a great time .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was conveniently located close by all the places we were headed to and the house was equipped with everything we could need. The view is amazing and it is very relaxing and peaceful. Having such a great place to stay made our trip even more amazing.

We rented the property to accommodate out of town guests that came to Hot Springs for our daughter's graduation. The property is updated with all of the modern touches, Our guests raved about the property and particularly, the deck and the view; and as others have posted, the photos do not do it justice. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

The house was great and had everything we could have needed with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Absolutely loved the deck and the beautiful view. The location was awesome and was centrally located to all the places we went. Our host was great and reached out to us when we arrived and answered any questions quickly. A perfect fit for a fabulous week!

Beautiful view!!

The view from the desk is more stunning in person than pictures could ever show. The mattresses in the tigers bedroom felt new and very comfortable, the bed in the shark room is a spring mattress. The house was very clean! The desk outside has some slight raised boards and some minor raised nails, so I would recommend wearing shoes outside. The hot tub was cleaned and ready when we arrived. There are some steps descending down the side towards the water with a chain around the top handrail, but I would suggest a sign stating not to go down them as it is dangerous and a chain may not be enough of a deterrent. Finally, the driveway up to the overhang can be steep, so drive very slowly at the top of the hill! Thank you for sharing you clean and comfy home with us for a few days! :)

Good, but definitely lacking in a few areas

Overall, the home is nice and the view is spectacular. The primary disappointment was the hot tub did not work during our stay at all. This was one of the main reasons I booked this particular home is to soak in a hot tub while overlooking the beautiful views. Other maintenance issues included the water/ice maker not working which was a minor inconvenience and the guest shower makes a very loud noise while water is running. I also recommend the owner upgrading to a softer mattress in the primary bedroom as it was uncomfortably firm and a higher quality, less springy mattress in the smaller bedroom. My family and I did enjoy sitting out on the patio and visiting, playing pool, shooting basketball, eating and playing games around the kitchen table, and cooking in the well appointed kitchen. Although we made the most of our stay, I don't foresee staying here again in the future.

Fall Getaway

The property is beautiful and has a great view of the river. But there are a few issues that need to be addressed. There is mold on the ceiling of the primary bathroom and mold in the shower. The primary shower has a water leak so the tile on the shower floor is spongy and we were afraid to use. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced as well as some of the railing and deck boards. The barn door into the primary bath has no track at the bottom and it swings away from the wall freely. The floor air intake in the primary bedroom is caved in as apparently someone stepped on it. The ice maker/water dispenser is not working on the fridge and that was mentioned in a review in July - should have been fixed. There are bar glasses for beer and wine, but no standard pint glasses for water or soda. There is an iron, but could not find an ironing board. In the pink bedroom, I can't believe this is a legal bedroom as there are NO windows. Also there is no shower liner, so the cloth shower curtain has mold. When we arrived, there was old food left in the fridge, and when we were ready to leave, could not find any extra trash bags. The blue (shark) bedroom has a terrible mattress. The secondary bedrooms have no dressers or shelving to put clothes, so you will be living out of a suitcase. The desk in the blue bedroom has no light so it is very hard to work and no outlets for plugging in a laptop. This could be a very nice place, but as is, not worth the higher price tag.

Wonderful Cabin

My wife and I were VERY PLEASED with the property and with the owners! The cabin has a BEAUTIFUL view of the river! You could lay in bed and relax while enjoying the scenery. Everything was in excellent working condition. And to top it all off the owner was attentive and helpful with anything we needed! We WILL DEFINITELY stay here again!

Called and canceled last minute

4 hours before check in, we were called and noticed that the property was double booked and our reservation had been cancelled. We booked this site 6 weeks prior. This was a planned anniversary weekend disaster thanks to your lack of management.

Little piece of heaven

We loved our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and smelled so good. We loved the deck and we spent quiet a bit of time out there enjoying nature. Highly recommend!

Annual Hot Springs Get Together

Three senior ladies from different states meet up each year in Hot Springs. We chose this home for the 3 bedrroms and 2 1/2 baths. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and beds comfortable. The deck and view are totally awesome. We did get to use the fabulous grill one evening. We hated the rainy weather prevented us from using the deck more. We tried watching tv instead but weather also caused bad reception. There's a pool table for anyone so inclined. We found the stone steps going into the house to be attractive but risky without handrails. We also hope the overseer of this home will spray inside for insects. We killed 4 small brown spiders during our stay.. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this home with exception of the weather.

Great view , wonderful house!!

We had a great time staying in the property. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The back deck was really great, the hot tub was definitely nice to have. The view of the lake was amazing! The gameroom with the pooltable was also nice, my husband and kids had so much fun playing pool. Would reccomend.

Lovely Place to Stay

We really enjoyed the stay. You can tell the house has been updated. But the photos of the view from the deck don’t do it justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. I would stay there again.

Nicely furnished home with great views.

Would highly recommend this rental. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely furnished. Enjoyed the private hot tub. Fishing from the bank just steps away. The game room was an extra benefit. Nice to have extra entertainment for rainy days. 7-10 miles from Hot Springs city center for groceries and activities. Quick communication from owner.

Beautiful home!

The pictures do not do this place justice, it’s even better in person!! Our family stayed here during Spring Break, we LOVED the hot tub! We also enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking out over the river and listening to the birds - it was so lovely. Beds and couch were comfy and the showers had great water pressure. The only complaint we had is the hot water didn’t last long - but that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again! The host was friendly and quick to respond to questions. 10/10 definitely recommend
