Great House with amazing view

the hilltop haven was perfect for our girls trip, the view and porch are so nice for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, we loved the hot tub and thought the location was perfect for us! Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and the owners were quick to respond to all of our questions! The view of the water was beautiful. The only thing is the 140 steps down to the water and steps down to the front door. This location is not for the disabled as the yard is steep! We all had an amazing time fishing and being on the dock and in the home. Clean house and lovely people to speak with and stay in their property.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I were celebrating our 12th anniversary. We could not have had better accommodations. Everything about the house was perfect and if we are in the area again we will definitely try to stay there again.

Hilltop Haven Describes this quite well

Everything we witnessed in the listing was exactly what we got with this beauty. Except it also had a hot tub and that was a bonus for some of my family. Overall this place is great. We had a blast and very much enjoyed our time staying here.

Beautiful House!

One of the best vacations we've ever had. The house has views off to each side and the hot tub gives a great view of the lake. Everything we did was 30 minutes or less from the house except the diamond mining. This rental is just minutes from Hot Springs and is easy to get to. The kids loved the bunk beds and the spiral staircase. What I really loved was all the windows and the big shower in the master bedroom.

Perfect stay for our mini vacay!

Beautiful house in the trees with serene views and equipped with every creature comfort. Close to all Hot Springs attractions. We felt very at home here. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed. We were even able to watch all of the Olympic coverage since Peacock was available. Loved it. Would stay there again and will recommend.

The property is OK. But the master bedroom and the living room have no curtains. The house is just on the street. People can walk to the outside of master bedroom and living room along the deck very easily. The big windows in the bedroom and living room can bring nice views. But people can see everything inside, especially at night. The master bedroom windows have 2 window sheers, which are transparent and very thin. People still can see anything in the bedroom at night even you turn off all lights inside. It's not very comfortable to sleep in the master bedroom without the privacy. Living room windows have nothing. To be honest, we had to double check the house doors several times before we went to sleep because of this unsafe feeling. Except this, it's a good one.

So sorry that you felt this way during your stay! This is my vacation home and I never feel anything but secure, safe, and at ease when I’m here. But… I know that the doors are all 3 point locking security doors and there’s no way anyone can come in. And if they even attempted, which they would not because they’re greeted from the Parking pad and the stairs descending down to the veranda from the parking pad with two bright security lights and outdoor security cameras recording the exterior grounds- not to mention the signs that inform them that they are being recorded- it is just not an environment in which anyone would take the risk to come onto the property. We have done that with purpose and intention to protect our property and our guests that we care very much about. Additionally, this property is so high up on the hilltop that the opposite properties on the other side of the lake are not only hundreds of feet away but also really low at ground level and cannot see into this property at all in any possible way. The reason we have sheer curtains is so you can be greeted every morning with the stunning morning views of the lake and the mountains of Hot Springs National Park- especially because we are north facing so sunrise and sunset are never blinding but extremely beautiful and who would want to miss that with heavy curtains? The three small windows that face the road do have full blinds to provide additional safety and privacy. We strive to provide a luxury stay for our guests and have thought out every detail to provide a beautiful and safe getaway for our guests and we strive for 5 star reviews, which we have gotten until this review. I am concerned that this review is in response to the property damage claim to our house against your stay, which was the only time we have ever had to file a claim in all of these years as hosts. It is very unfortunate as I always treat any property I stay in as my own, and would assume that others do as well.
