Great stay

The house is in a great location and has great amenities. It was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay amd will look to stay again on our next visit.

Fly Creek Visit

The property was adequate. Could have used a little more cleaning especially sweeping out the garage and cobwebs overhead in the small porch area--general maintenance. Few other minor issues but property manager responded quickly to help resolve.

Great stay at fly creek

We had a great stay at fly creek. The house was great for the younger kids with a little play room in the house and a game room in the garage. Bedding was comfortable and the communication with the house manager was outstanding!

Stayed a week while at Cooperstown. Great location to hall of fame and fields. Enjoyed walking to the general store. Kids loved the games in the garage.

Wonderful Farm House

The house was just a few miles away from the Baseball Hall of Fame. The Property Manager left us with a bottle and wine and coffee, would recommend to stay.

Visiting Cooperstown

The house was as advertised. It is conveniently located close to downtown Cooperstown. The remodel bathrooms were nice though small. The kitchen was very usableI would return for future visits.

Beautiful, homey setting right near Cooperstown. It was the perfect location for our weekend visit. Very comfortable, easily housed my husband and me, our 3 kids, and my dad. The kids LOVED the new gaming space in the garage - that was an added bonus! Also, host was incredibly responsive and helpful, immediately answering any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Great old farmhouse near Cooperstown.

Five day stay while cheering on 13 year old Grandsons little league team at Cooperstown Dreams Park. 150 year old renovated farmhouse in the small village of Fly Creek. Short walk to the Fly Creek General Store, 3 miles to Cooperstown, 7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Cute place to stay!

We spent the majority of the time at the ball fields since we were there for our son playing at Cooperstown Dreamspark. The location of the home to the fields was perfect! We loved the Fly Creek Mill, what a little gem that was! The game barn was a huge benefit, our kids loved playing in there every day, especially when we had an entire day of games called due to rain. The home has been remodeled and was cute, clean, and fit our needs for the week. The owner was extremely responsive when answering any questions we had. We would recommend!

Cute place, plenty of room

We really liked the house and the location. It's a short drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame and all that Cooperstown has to offer. The house was really clean and had all the necessities and the host even offered a complimentary bottle of wine. There were a couple of things that could be improved to make it an even better experience. The water pressure in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom was pretty light and 3 of the dining room chairs are pretty wobbly. We prefer really firm beds, because we have old backs, but if you like a soft bed, these will be perfect. Overall it was a good experience.

Family gathering

From the start, Brian the owner put me at ease when welcoming us to stay in his home. It was a new experience for much of my family that joined me and the whole time they complimented the beauty of the home and how amazing it is. The the owner's kept the character of the history of the home but tastefully in my opinion made all the amenities convenient. Great space for being with a large group. It was a true home away from home. I would love the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Nice house, just old.

No A/C as advertised. It was hot upstairs even with the fans and windows open at night. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table. Walkable to a general store. Not a bad drive to Cooperstown or Dreams Park.

Fly Creek, NY - Family Gathering

The owner Brian was very attentive and assuring from the moment of booking throughout our stay and after. It made the unknowns less anxious. When arriving after an 8 hour drive it was a wonderful reveal entering the home. Our group of 8 adults were very comfortable and happy with the beauty of the historical house and the upgrades that made being there comfortable and convenient. The large kitchen and eating area was nice for all of us to gather to eat or play card games. I highly recommend this home away from home. It made a memorable trip a very happy one.

Spectacular place

Every member of our party absolutely loved this house. It was immaculately clean. It is a charming house in an idyllic location.Close to cooperstown and an easy back and forth. The house was supplied with everything you would need and communication with the host was excellent with responses within five minutes to every question we ask. The barn was a great resource for playing in rainy weatfor kids and adults. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great. Block out shades for light. The house is just plain charming and so comfortable. We all loved it.

Excellent Communication

My dad, son, brother in law and nephew traveled to Cooperstown, NY for Hall of Fame Induction weekend. This was my 1st experience with VRBO and it was a home run. The house was just minutes away from the Hall and the other festivities. Brian, our contact, has elite communication skills. He returned my phone calls within minutes for the few times he didn't immediately answer the phone. He was extremely thorough answering my questions and following up via phone call, text or sometimes both. Would stay with Evolve and VRBO again.

Cooperstown

My family and I recently stayed at this nice cottage while my son played at Dreams Park for the week. The house was conveniently located to the park (10 min door to door) and downtown Cooperstown. Kitchen was fully stocked. Fans are provided for each room. Bathrooms were nicely updated. Super happy that we had a comfortable place to stay.

Cute clean house!

Had a wonderful stay at this house. The host Brian allowed us to reserve the house last minute after our first property was awful. Lines of communication were open the entire time! He and his wife even gave local recommendations. House is tri-level with the best room and bathroom being on the ground floor. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens, blankets, and towels. Town is super cute and close to Cooperstown. It is close to the firestation resulting in a moment of panic when they blasted the air raid sirens for a fire at 10:30 at night. Apparently upstate New York still does things old school and it only happened once so it didn't ruin the experience. Property is large and boys had fun just playing in the yard. Reccomended without hesitation.
