Ft, grande véranda, grande terrasse arrière, deux deuxièmes balcons de l'histoire, deux cheminées, une grande piscine avec jacuzzi, un peu plus un bloc de la plage dans le calme, quartier résidentiel à une courte distance de marche de beaucoup de restaurants, bars, boutiques pittoresques, des galeries, des boutiques. Perfect girls mini vacation

We stayed at the property located at 114 New Castle Street. The house is well-maintained, clean, and well worth the money to rent it. On check in day, the property owner visited to introduce himself and to ensure that we knew how to operate everything. I highly recommend staying at this property. Best place for a big family getaway!

This property is exactly as listed but even better. We had five adult couples and two children and it was perfect for everyone! Plenty of space to spread out or be together. The hot tub and pool were the place to be when beach time was over. Being able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk was a plus, so we rarely had need for a car. The house was well appointed with pretty much everything you need, especially the kitchen. We would definitely stay at this place again!

Great Rehohoth Experience

This premium house has everything one would need for a large family vacation. It is very spacious, very well equiped (2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryers!) great pool and hot tub. Best of all for visitors with small kids, it is just a block and 1/2 from the beach, so easy to come and go.

Rehoboth Vacation

We are a family of 14 and the house was perfect! There are two rooms with 2 bunk beds so we could do boys and girls rooms. Then 4 rooms with Kings and 2 with Queens Every room has a bath room and then one more half bathroom downstairs! All rooms are nicely appointed! We were there for July 4 so the grill and pool area were lots of fun My son was pleased with the grill David was a wonderful host and was readily available

Amazing house with room to together and have some privacy

My husband and I invited our son, daughter, their spouses, and in-laws, which include two brothers-in-law. The younger generation knew each other and used the large indoor dining table and large open living room to play dungeons and dragons and board games. We had two group dinners for 12 and had space to spread out and read or talk in small groups. Best of all, each room has its own bathroom!! It was quite the treat to stay here. The rooms are well appointed and lovely.

We have an amazing time in this beautiful home. Would have given it 5 stars except the refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working properly and was leaking. Other than that, we loved the home and had a great time!! David was the best host and extremely prompt.

Perfect for a women's retreat

We had a great time at the house. It was lovely and in a great location. We walked to restaurants, the beach, and were just a short drive to Dewey where we had brunch. The house was very well set up for alone time, group retreat time, and fun. Also the property manager was very responsive!

Great house!

This property exceeded expectations to accommodate our large group. There was plenty of space to spread out between the huge kitchen island and multiple seating areas in the living room. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The bedrooms were spacious and each had their own bathrooms, which was awesome! The house was also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large group. David was nice and very responsive to questions.

Fantastic house for family get-together

The house was perfect for our family get-together that included three generations and 15 people ranging from 23 to 88 years old. The house is beautifully maintained, spotless, and spacious. We ended up having a rainy, stormy Saturday, and the large common area was perfect for our large group to hang out and enjoy each other. David was a gracious and attentive host. He happened to be at the house when we drove up and gave us a very helpful tour of the house. And when our linen order did not show up, he called the owner of the linen rental company and got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. During our stay, we could not figure out how to turn on the electric fireplace so we texted David and he was over within 15 minutes to give us instructions. The house was a fantastic setting for a fun, memorable family reunion.

I was very satisfied with the communication. House was very comfortable and great area to entertain. Especially with kids, you can see them when they were in the pool. Some minor upgrades needed within the house but other than that we had a great time.

This house was great - even in the midst of a storm it had everything we needed and was just a short walk for the beach. David was also quick to communicate and answer any questions we had!

Family Beach Week

The property was a nice size. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Definitely was enough room although the dining table could be bigger for the size of the house. Two issues: 1) was that the hot tub stopped working on Day 5 and issue was not fixed nor were we updated prior to our departure. 2) Gas grill was not great and we grill daily. For the price of the house the grill should be replaced.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We brought our whole family to the beach to celebrate 50 years of marriage. We had 2 grandparents, 3 adult sons and their wives, 9 grandchildren ages 8-15. The house was perfect for us. We had lots of space and plenty of bedrooms. The walk to the beach was very reasonable. David was responsive and kind when we needed him a few times. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to connect with friends and family

This house is very well kept and the location can’t be beat. We stayed with 3 other families who we are close friends with. It was a great space for us to all reconnect while also being able to spread out to take care of our respective kids without tripping over each other. Property owner and manager were very responsive and helpful with a pool maintenance issue we experienced. The whole experience was well worth the trip!

This house was IT!!!!

Although we had some issues with check-in that were quickly resolved by the property manager, the entire stay was sooo nice! The house was perfect. I would most definitely go again when the pool and hot tub are available! As a result of the issues at check-in, we were allowed to check-out in the evening on Sunday, which practically gave us an extra day of fun and relaxation.

As Advertised!

How refreshing to have a property accurately described and photographed! This is an incredible house! It is beautiful, functional and well equipped. By far the best rental I have ever had. I rented the house as a reunion location for 12 adults (6 couples) and every one of them commented on how great the house was. The dining area has a table for 12, perfect for our group dinners, but also has 10 counter stools and a large counter for staggered breakfasts or doing a 1000 piece puzzle. Kitchen is large and the two coffee pots meant there was always coffee. 2 washers and dryers upstairs! Nothing not to love in this house. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as shopping. We were there off season so the pool and hot tub were not open yet. As a suggestion, it would be very helpful to have a binder of instructions in the house. Water pressure in the house is low. We coordinated our showers to minimize this. Hope to return some day!

Perfect house

I've been coming to Rehoboth on and off for the last 15 years and this was by far, the most beautiful and well-maintained home. We were wowed the moment we walked in. We stayed with our extended family of 10 adults, a toddler and infant. The three bedrooms on the first floor made it easy for anyone that has a hard time with stairs. The en-suite allowed everyone privacy and peace. All the rooms were equally nice so everyone was happy. Except the master suite, which was beyond expectations and perfect for my in-laws. There are so many outdoor spaces to rest that people had the opportunity to sit on their own if they wanted quiet time; but each outdoor space could also fit our entire group. The kitchen is large and allows 3-4 people to cook at once. The dining fit our group too. We made family dinners every night Little details, like having two washers and two dryers and having a fridge upstairs provided so much convenience. Easy walk to the beach and all of the restaurants.
