With three stories, this Yellow Submarine has room for everyone at Cinnamon Shore. A cheery exterior opens to great living space, with four king suites. Overlooks a natural dune and Dune Pool w/ Great Lawn access and wonderful peeks of the Gulf. A convenient elevator to all three floors allows all guests to move throughout the home easily.
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include four lavish pools, three scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Soaring ceilings in the family room with bountiful windows create the open-air feeling in the second-floor main gathering space. The open-concept plan allows this comfortable living room to flow into the dining area, with table for ten and counter with cabinets for extra prep room and storage. The kitchen offers stainless appliances and a spacious island with gas range and plenty of prep space also features stool seating, along with extras like an ice maker and Keurig coffee maker.
Small shared dens on the first and third floors provide alternative gathering spaces for smaller groups and each with a queen sleeper sofa, and multiple porches beckon. The second-floor porch with view of the communityâs natural dune is great extension of the main living space, with plentiful outdoor seating and Gulf peeks. The third floor living space has a convenient powder room, wet bar and mini fridge and a large balcony with beautiful Dune views and Gulf peeks.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Two king suites on the first floor offers privacy and lovely, white bedding accented by pillows, accessories, and folk art in colorful tones, plus the queen sleeper sofa in the first floor living space. On the second floor, the primary king suite features a bathroom with huge walk-in closet, dressing table, vanity with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Finally, the third-floor bedroom offers one king suite guarded by charming headboard fashioned from upright oars for a nautical flair, along with spacious private bathroom with dual sinks. The connecting den with wet bar and mini fridge creates a real getaway for the lucky guests who stay on the top floor. Another queen sleeper sofa is available for friends or little ones as well.
GREAT FEATURES: The sand room has great hooks for hanging beach towels and a place to drop beach gear. Half baths serve guests on the second and third floors, while an elevator makes the home very accessible to all ages. This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
